原本預定是雙臥室雙衛浴房間，後來CHECK-IN的時候變為三房1衛浴房間，不過我們只住一晚，所以就沒再要求更換房間了，整體住起來還是很不錯的

房間空間很大，適合家庭居住

1. 洗澡水有點小 2. 車庫太低太窄，不適合開SUV以上的車型停放 3. 後面附近有住宅區，有的住戶庭院有養狗，半夜會吠叫

晚上九點抵達非常累，要洗澡時卻沒有熱水，服務人員緊急開了隔壁房間讓我們洗澡，卻沒有更換房間，導致我們要在不同的兩間屋子分開洗澡及休息，當晚又下起大雨，天氣潮濕寒冷，非常的不方便及不舒服的住宿經驗

熱水器故障洗澡沒有熱水，房間不乾淨，床單上有頭髮，洗碗機內有食物殘渣，碗盤沒有清洗乾淨，碗盤上沾有污漬

I’ll stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, The room well appointed, the bathroom was big. Spacious room.

The spa was a bit small, but I’m over 2m tall so I shouldn’t quibble! I still fit in it!

Great stay / great rooms / will stay again

The room was spacious and well appointed. It was great to see that there was a stocked fridge of a mix of alcohole and soft drinks & spirits as well as others snacking products - just simply fantastic.

Not enough variety in pillows selection - no extra firm or firm pillows for side sleepers. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner...missed opportunity for the Motel...had to go to the restaurant precinct at the jetty & spend $200+ which could have gone to the hotel instead

A real motel off the highway, but in a town

Big room, big comfy bed, table and chairs inside. Easy location when passing through town. Close to the shops, Coles, etc

Noisy highway nearby. Only 1 chair on the balcony.

Great for a stop on the drive through

Staff are always lovely and accommodating here, rooms are clean and the location is good if you just want to stop for a night and you're not really worried about being near the beach.

The hotel is quite dated but i can see that they are making improvements slowly and have refreshed a few things since my last stay.

Clean room, good staff, good facilities.

Room wasn't cleaned when I returned after a day out. I didn't have to put a sign up stating I wanted my room cleaned before when staying; & when I came back and it was cleaned. So not sure why it wasn't.

A little overpriced for this type of room. Shower water overflow into bathroom due to no screen and no grate at entrance. Had to use extra towels to mop up. Toilet roll holder came off due to missing screw, advised staff but cleaning g crew should have alerted management .

Ok for a one night stopover

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was central and within walking distance to restaurants. Nice to have a spa bath.

It wasnt cleaned properly, there was an thousands of ants in our room, the shower hasnt been desogned very well and all but flooded the whole bathroom, there was no microwave which travelling with a 1.5 year old isnt great as there was no way to warm bottles and the kettle was absolutely disgusting so boiling water for new bottle wasnt an option as it had a burnt black bottom which then floated while boiled. Also there were no bowls? We had to eat cereal from a mug.

We absolutely loved it all! My husband and I enjoyed the stay!

We didn’t have breakfast, just coffee. We did have dinner, the food was amazing! I love my salads and fresh fish catch of the day. I loved everything about this place so close to everything you need. The stadium was our main place to be everyday, to watch our son team compete. I would rebook in the same hotels next time, luckily our son found this place for us to stay.
