The location

-There was a bad sewage smell in the room even when we told the reception they put air freshener the bad smell didn’t go away we couldn’t sleep well -Alot of ants in the bathroom - no enough trash cans -The room has no privacy at all even the bed room was exposed to outside in front of the breakfast restaurant we couldn’t open the curtain at all

Power kept going off Room service was not done in the first day even though it was 5 pm After complaining they started to clean the room earlier, but poor cleaning Shampoo, shower gel and soap all had a weird unpleasant smell

Izcila vieta lai baudītu mierpilnu atpūtu! Kulturāla vide, inteliğenti cilvēki...komforts, miers, klusums. Vieta kur relaksēties no ikdienas steigas. Karaliskas brokastis!

Par vietu un viesnīcu...viss bija brīnišķīgi! P.s. ģimenes ar zīdaiņiem un maziem bērniem galīgi nav piemēroti šādai vietai, nav patikami redzēt pamperainus bļaujošus bērnus, vietā kur pieauguši cilvēki, pāri, vēlas atpūsties no ikdienas steigas, un kopejais baseins nav paredzets maziem čurājošem bērniem ar un bez pamperiem, bet jaunās kliedzošu bērnu māmiņas diemžēl nesaprot, ka apkartejie velas atpusties... Cienīsim viens otru!

Amazing resort! Highly recommended

Everything! The variety of the facilities, the bar, the food, the pool, the staff, the japanese restaurant is AMAZING! Very good vibes and chill in general .. this was the first time we actually use the hotel in activities other than just for sleeping and showering. Perfect place for us as a couple but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with little children as it can be a bit far from famous attractions (20-40mins)

Sometimes you can smell sewage from the shower and the sink

MUST STAY! Best hotel in Thailand

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are 10/10. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with top class views of Patong. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way. And they also did a complimentary bed decoration for our anniversary The pool was amazing. Best hotel ever

Because there is only 1 road in and out of Patong, it takes a good 40 mins or so to get to Patong from the hotel at night because of the traffic. The location is good but getting in and out of Patong at peak times make it difficult, I would plan your journey earlier from this hotel

Great views, fantastic breakfast and overall very nice

The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. The view from the sky bar and the pool is the best part of it. Overall we really liked our stay. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet.

Unfortunately the housekeeping in our room was done very late. First 2 days they didn’t clean the room until around 5pm. On the third day I requested it to be done earlier through the app but that day I had to go to the lobby around 4:30 to complain. The day after they cleaned our room first thing in the morning but that was aftet I complained. Not the worst thing but you expect more from a 5 star hotel. Also the location is not the best it takes around 10-20min in a car to town, but we knew that before we booked so not to much of an issue. Water and other drinks are quite expensive and 1km approx to the next supermarket and all uphill on the way back.

Lovely relaxing stay, staff were very attentive and rooms were clean and specious

Facilities were great, we were able to check in early and got an upgrade. Pool area was lovely, food fantastic and views for sunset were incredible

It was a wonderful trip but I would rather come here without kids

The property had breathtaking views of the ocean. The breakfast was very good

I don’t think it’s very suitable for kids. The pools are more catered for adults. No shade around the beach pool. Lots of stairs to get to it

A perfect relaxing holiday!

The place is amazing, it’s what you need for a relaxing holiday. The check in/out was smooth and easy, there were welcoming drink and cold towel - special thanks to Abner at the reception and Mr.Lip the manager for their efforts to make everything goes smoothly - .The room is large with amazing view of the sea. Bathroom is full of amenities. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The pool is fantastic with their infinity pool where you can enjoy the view of the sea, Trio pool bar was fantastic - thanks to X-man and his crew for such a wonderful vibes and drinks. Busaba spa has all what you need - special thanks to therapists JB and AON -. Malika sky bar/restaurant is fantastic, excellent breakfast/dinner and drinks. We enjoyed our staying a lot. I’d highly recommend it.

Somewhere in between the action and serenity

Good location away from Patong but close by. Breakfast has a very good spread. Food is decent and the room has an excellent view from the balcony.

The facility equipped with all things that keep you from going out.

Dinning stuff requires more training and respect privacy. Also, if you want to go out you need at least 30 minutes to reach your destination.

Nettes Personal, aber keinen zweiten Aufenthalt wert.

Der Service war aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Allgemein könnte das Hotel einige Renovierungen gebrauchen. Die Fotos sehen besser aus als in der Realität. Wären die Fotos wahrheitsgemäß gewesen, hätte ich das Hotel definitiv nicht gebucht.

I highly recommend staying at this paradise!

The hotel is located a short taxi ride away from Patong beach in the best way possible! It is close enough to everything and far enough to enjoy the views (of Patong beach, the mountains and ocean) and be at peace. The hotel staff are exceptional! And the breakfast was insanely spectacular - it had everything you could have wanted and more. It also had a station to make your own mimosa and Irish coffee! My friend and I stayed at a corner room and the view from the balcony, bed and bathtub were surreal! The room had everything you’d ever need on a vacation, the beds were extremely comfortable and the size of the room was perfect and big for two! Also there are so many other amenities at the hotel. We got a Thai massage and it was extremely relaxing (and you cannot beat the price and convenience). I would definitely stay again at Kalima Resort if I’m ever back in Phuket! It is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Good value and sea view but I wouldn’t go back.

The view from our room was amazing since we stayed at the top floor and staff were really friendly. The restaurant has a really nice sea view.

Although they tried to be clean, there was a lot of cockroaches in the hallways and the restaurant restroom. Also, the bed linens and pillows were smelly and they never change it for 4 days. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.
