生活機能方便的平價連鎖Hotel，但是團客太多

每日早餐的前台接待人員服務親切，每日客房清潔來的也很早，吃完早餐剛好打掃完畢。地點與交通很方便，隔壁就是商場，商場B1就可以直接進地鐵站，出差很方便。

可能因為接待太多團客，即使進菸樓層，客房的走廊仍然有很不好的氣味。每天早餐都有看到煮麵區旁邊的烤箱正在烤可頌，但是烤完都沒有放出來給大家吃?那在這邊烘烤的用意是??? 早餐熟食太油膩，建議油量可以放少一點，調味也偏重。

Dieses Hotel kann ich gut empfehlen, das Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer TOP, man fühlt sich wohl.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab auch jeden Morgen frisch gebackene Waffeln. Aber auch das chinesische Frühstück war immer mit viel Gemüse und Obst und auch der Kaffee und Tee waren sehr gut. Vom Hotel aus keine 50 Meter ist der Eingang zur U-Bahn (Metro). Sehr gute Verbindung in die Stadt. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Einkaufszentrum und einige Restaurants und Kaffees.

Die Heizung konnte man nicht richtig regulieren, manchmal war es etwas warm im Zimmer. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat, dann wurde es etwas kühler.

It was clean and comfy.

Staff were not interested in assisting us any further than the basic. Seemed more interested in their phones or sleeping than helping us when we arrived late due to delays and the airport.

Very nice except internnet.

Everything is good, hotel is decent. Staff was very professional, there was a security box in the room, iron, an ironing table everything that one would need is there. Breakfast is quite good too.

The Internet was really bad all of a sudden it just stops working, I would not recommend holiday inn if you need a stable Internet connection for work. Don't even consider this hotel chain if you will spend a lot of time in your room working.

Location

In the room, the refrigerator is not working properly. A.c. is also not getting cool. Wifi on a laptop is a trouble shooter and not getting internet start.

Very good

The location was nice, right beside there's a metro station, coffee shop, bakery and McDonald's. Breakfast was fine but not excellent. Staff were also nice. Price is affordable.

The room was bit dark, lightening was poor, so it makes down. Also they didn't change the toiletries often. But wasn't that bad.

facility soso people nice

people are nice. willing to help. close to supermarket and metro fairly far from city center but east access to metro. For people to visit pu tuo area, okay to stay.

facility is fairly old i felt itchy on my butt when I sat on the sofa in the room, need to be replaced.

Pleasant

Rooms are good and comfortable.

No one speaks English. It was hard to explain. One guy was good. Breakfast isnt continental. For South Asians it will be tough. Wifi is worst. No one will help to carry ypur Lugguage to room. This is a basic courtesy even in 1 star hotel!! You bring it you take it!!
