El nombre boutique le queda grande

El desayuno es bueno, el personal muy amable

La estructura es antigua y con poco mantenimiento, las habitaciones se acceden por escalera. La insonorizacion de la habitacion hacia la avenida es mala. El garage esta separado del hotel, requiere estacionar e ir a buscar a la persona que les habra el garage y ni hablar si te olvidaste algo en el vehiculo.

The staff, the setting, the lay out and the location. Liliana was a great hostess, very helpful as where her colleagues.

Serious problems with water pressure in bathrooms. Bedrooms giving on to front of the hotel are very noisy. We managed to change rooms to a very quiet a pleasant room but continued to have water pressure problems

When you expect 4-star and get no star.

The food in the restaurant was good.

The room was below expectations and very used up. The door had a simple lock with an old key. For a 4-star stay in this pricerange and a booked suit this is not what I was expecting. 30years ago this might have been a nice hotel but has not seen much investment ever since. The breakfast was the final nail in the coffin. No eggs nor sausages. One type of (cheap) cheese and one type of ham (lowest quality). Even the milk was sour (!). No wonder they did charge the room when we arrived; I guess they have had experience with unhappy clients in the past. Food and room-bar was paid at check-out.

My stay at Milord Hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a great experience.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff serving the breakfast was also very attentive and professional. The hotel/restaurant garden with the pool is beautifully kept, and really nice to spend time and enjoy breakfast outside. The room was very clean, and the bed super comfortable. Very nice location, close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. All within walking distance. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend

I had mixed experience with the staff. At arrival, the reception staff didn't seem very prepared. They were very nice and kind, but besides doing check-in (confirming reservation, payment and giving us the room key) they didn't give us any vital information like: breakfast time/location, check-out time, how to call the front desk, staff hours, room service/cleaning, etc. They work with staff on rotation shifts, and most staff was very well prepared and super professional (greeting, making sure we were comfortable, asking about helping with plans, etc), while one seemed to be distracted by texting? not using a face mask properly and uninterested in greeting us/seeing whether we had our key or needed anything. Because the hotel shared the garden with the restaurant, music can be a little loud at night.

The atmosphere was great. Nice music, pool. Nice place and wasn’t crowded.

Water pressure could be better. The room balcony could be better.
