Exceptional

When I got here last night I didn't feel very welcome. But,I got here kind of late and I was in a bad mood from driving all day and I think everybody was ready to go home. Understandable. After spending a full day at my job I'm ready to go home too. This morning was a completely different story... everyone was smiles and I have to say the breakfast was one of the best I've had in the three weeks I've been here. So, the feeling I had last night was probably more on me than anything else. I will stay here again next time I'm here.

Room is large and bed is relax.Breakfast not bad.Air condation good.wifi was not bad.

Not much care in cleaning.there were marks on the towels.There is nodriking water or mini bar in the room.there is mini freezer. there was no tea at breakfest. Food tables were too big. There are tables for least 12 people.Wardrobe and bath room door was not closed.

Stayed for two nights during the New Year

The breakfast is very good, indeed! The rooms are spaceous and clean. There's floor heating as well. As for the staff, they're very kind and easy to agree with.

The location was ok.

The room was not clean. The bathroom door didn't close. I think the hotel did not deserve 4 stars.

Very good hotel, close to the city center.

The staff is very friendly and smiley. Rooms are big and very clean and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is close to the city center (around 10-15 min walk). In November and December (2022) in Craiova there is unique Christmas Market, which starting 10 min walk from hotel and it's perfect to visit during your stay. I really recommend for stay in Craiova.

At nights (after 21-22 h.) there is not enough parking places, but during the day everything is fine with this.

Good place to sleep in Craiova :-)

Good location, close to the city center. Big and clean room, big and comfortable bed, sufficient parking space, nice and helpful staff.

Good to relax

The location is very good and quiet. The distance to center is a nice walk of 10 min. Big clean rooms with high standard furniture. Very friendly receptionist. I would recomand this location any time.

The stuff could be a bit more friendly. Maybe she had only a bad day!

Definitely not a 4* star hotel. Many issues.

The location was ok and free parking is available at the hotel.

The shower was broken, hot water comes in waves and the heating doesn’t work properly. Also the finnish sauna is €30/h.
