Situated in Omaha, this lovely cottage for $110 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Complete interior remodel in a single story charming Cottage with fenced yard. Surrounded by a mature treed acre located at I680 N and Highway 133 in Northwest Omaha. 2 Bed 1 Bath with a Walk in shower. Song birds abound. Parking for many. On a direct route to Eppeley Airfield, Downtown Omaha, Henry Doorley Zoo or College World Series Stadium. Sleeps 5. Walk 1 block to Grocery Store, fuel, and amenities. Pet allowed with deposit. No Smoking. Extended Stay Rates Available upon request. Please pay through the VRBO service, to protect your self and Lily's cozy Cottage. Please note a Smart TV with Amazon Fire TV stick is provided but you will need to log in with your Amazon account. There is another HDMI port and you can bring any streaming device you wish as an alternative.

Lily's Cottage was a great place to come home to during our visit in Omaha. It was clean and spacious for our family, and the yard was awesome for our pups. The host communicated in a timely manner and was flexible when we needed to stay and extra day due to travel conditions. I hope it is available the next time we come to town!

From other reviews the cleanliness could be better as well as keeping basic necessities like hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies. After cleaning the refrigerator, bathroom, and washing the shower curtains to rid the bathroom of the mildew smell. What made up for these inconvenience was having a fully fenced in backyard. This place could really be something if it were cleaned properly and stocked with supplies. I have rental properties as well so when I saw a hand written reviews in the house binder from October that stated they didnt have hand soap and the smell from the bathroom was really bad. It only shows that the management of the property needs a revamp becausecomplaints are not being addressed. You cant have a cleaning fee if customers are cleaning your property.

Our stay was wonderful. There was everything we needed there. Plus a Walmart right around the corner for anything we didn’t have. The place was adorable, and well decorated. We absolutely loved our stay! Thanks so much!

We had to cut our stay short. We stayed for one night. The house is cute with plenty of room. Nice fenced backyard. We had everything provided that we needed. This is a nice place and we would stay there again.

The house was fine. Very dated, not well appointed, not super clean. The full bed only had a twin top sheet on it. Beds were old and saggy. Bathroom smelled moldy and the shower curtain had mildew. Hot water heater whistles.
VERY DANGEROUS metal edging sticking up on edge of sidewalk and grasses were blocking part of the wall, so my friend tripped on it and fell! Luckily she wasn’t wearing sandals and she is young!

We arrived and had no trouble getting into or finding this house. Upon arrival we contacted the owner due to a few issues we noticed with housekeeping and supplies like toilet paper. She came right over and restocked and apologized as well. She is very friendly and the property suited our needs for our 2 night stop in Omaha.
Pros: The beds were very comfortable, AC worked excellent, neighborhood is good and easy to find, home was overall tidy, and the internet and TV services worked as described.
Improvements that could be made to make this little house even better would be to follow up on the cleaning services prior to guest arrival and restock, more towels, and perhaps a dehumidifier/fan in the bathroom.

Stayed here for the CWS and as part of moving from CA to IL. The place was really clean and in a great location. The laundry was a welcome amenity. Would highly recommend!

We came a long way for my son to play in the slumpbuster tournament & we’re excited about staying here but we were a little disappointed that people were around the property as in mowing the lawn until 10:30 at night for our first night and watering plants until almost 10 on another night. It wasn’t an appropriate hour for that let alone the night whomever it was watering scared my kids because someone was just in the yard. The book left with instructions neither wifi passcode worked(wasn’t to big a deal). Also; we had to reach out the the property manager for a code as it was not provided before hand!

This cabin was very comfortable, convenient and clean. Has a fenced in yard, great working air conditioning, fully supplied kitchen, king size bed, walk in shower. Very nice neighborhood. Felt private. Plenty of parking very close to the door. Will definitely book every time we take a trip back to Omaha (our home town!) Thanks Shayne for being such a great host!

As former area residents we returned to Omaha from the Gulf Coast for our grandsons graduation at UNO. Cottage was perfect. Near all amenities but still felt a "country" atmosphere. Clean property and our dog loved the backyard. Great communication with Shayne to extend our stay by one day. Would absolutely stay again next year for another grandson's high school graduation.

Mostly everything was great.
The toilet broke, but we were able to flush it by forcefully pouring water down it. We notified Shayne right away.
The house is on the corner of two busy roads.
Couldn’t get the tv to work. Said it couldn’t connect to the network.

It was nice the only thing we didn't like it was the restrooms door doesn't have a lock and coffee maker was gross they forgot to take out old coffee and it looked like mold in there nasty, was a little dusty but other than that it had everything that we need it well except toilet paper

This was our second time staying here and we did so, because we had an excellent stay last year and Shayne was an excellent host of this property. We were allowed to check-in early (we drove 20+ hours), and couldn't predict our exact arrival time. the cottage is located conveniently near everything that you'll need and we were able to travel back & forth to our boys homes very easily. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good place to stay while in the Omaha area.

This is the second time we have stayed here. A great place that’s got good space, plenty of parking and privacy. Very comfortable with a good yard for our dog. It’s in a nice neighborhood that’s close to all you need. The owner is great and we are so glad we got to meet her this time. Definitely our go to place any time we are passing through or just visiting in Omaha.

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights for a weekend getaway. The NES games were nice. My dog loved the back yard. The location was great for getting to anywhere quickly. Beds were comfortable.

We liked the property. Lots of room to roam around. The house and the yard. Good space. It had everything we needed for our stay and great air-conditioning. We ate out but also bought groceries at cooked at the house. It was nice to have a picnic table on the patio, We had friends over and enjoyed dinner in the backyard.

Outside, some three branches on the front and back yard, both yards not well cared...
On the last morning a person showed up with a weed eater and he start working with the noisy devise around 2 hours before the check out time, asking me questions (thinking I was the owner of the property)..
He was a polite guy....

She texted saying she had us down for later in the week hence why the house had not been cleaned. Through sporadic texting with the property owner, I was able to get a full refund. The biggest issue I have with this experience was the horrible communication with the owner. One of the main reasons I chose this property was the reviews stating the owner's response was wonderful, but that did not happen with us.
