The apartment is located close to the sea and far from the city centre.

The apartment is very close to the road so you hear the noise of cars all the time.

Perfect villa, you feel like at home

The villa is equipped with everything you need, there are many lounge areas, one of them has an amazing view to the sea. It’s very well designed although the ceilings of the bedrooms are too low. Elena is very communicative and helpful.

A little bit noisy at night, because of the nearby road.

Wonderful place for family with two kids

The facility was fully equipped, my favourite part was coffee machine! Wonderful sea view and place for family with two kids!

Very good

The host was very friendly and responsive. You can see the sea from the yard and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. We were on the first floor, so the space was cool even during the hottest days.

Lovely house!

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay with a baby comfortable. Two patios, grass, comfy couch and some kids netflix after the beach. The host was amazing and it was really nice to meet in person and communicate quickly. They were so kind as to offer extra cleaning (we needed it with the baby and 3 boys :) The beach was nearby and the sunrises and sunsets were lovely from the front patio. Our neighbours were also amazing and we became friends. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Cavas!

Exceptional

The apartment was very nice, perfectly clean and big enough for 4. The owner was really friendly and helped us with advice about good beach in the neighborhood and tasty restaurants. For us was pleasant surprise the bottle of wine and fresh juices in the fridge. Coffee machine made excellent coffee. Sea view in the front terrace give us pleasant and peaceful feeling.

A great place to spend your vacation

The hosts were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The house was also great, with everything you need - I can't think of anything that was missing - the most equipped kitchen I've been on holiday, including great coffee for all the days we were there. There was also a washing machine and a barbecue. The front of the house was great, very spacious and clean. There are beaches 5 minutes away and if you like beach bars, there is a great beach area in the nearby village, just 10 minutes away by car. Thanks again to our hosts - we were charmed by all the small gestures you did for us!

The only little issue we had was the humidity, but the hosts had provided a dehumidifier which helped us a lot.

Exceptional

Totally in love with this house! We rented Cavas luxury apartment 2 (2nd and 3rd floor of the house) - and there were everything totally the same as on photos. There are balcony with dinner table, big rest room with huge sofa, big kitchen with one more table, big shower room and backyard with table, comfortable chairs and perfect barbecue on 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms and shower room on the 3rd floor. Apartment has everything you need - towels, sneakers, coffee machine, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, huge fridge, huge amount of dishes and everything needed for cooking! There are air conditioning and TV in each room, in the rest room it is big TV with perfect audio system! House keeper was so kind, met us with cold drinks, fresh fruits and cookies! There are big supermarkets in 5 minuet by car, beach is 200m from the house - 5min by walking, clean water in the sea and very few people. Definitely recommend this apartment for great vacation! Many thanks for very warm welcome! Little wish - it is to have 2 pairs of keys :)

The best place i ever been

This place is wonderful. The house is clean and have all needed stuff to feel great and special. The hostess was more than welcoming. My family enjoy the vacation at maximum. We feel like at home. The beach is close and have blue flag. I warmly recommend Cavas Luxury Apartments!!! We will back again for sure!!! Thank you for the great vacation Lena!
