Great location and very comfortable room.

Great location and very comfortable room. Loved the little balcony looking out over the square. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The bathroom is fine, but a bit of a damp smell.

The property was spacious and the facilities were mostly great. The apartments are right in the heart of Kotor’s beautiful old town, and located near many useful amenities and local attractions. The living room’s AC was pretty new and worked amazingly. The staff were accommodating and let us know that they would be available if we needed anything.

This may have been specific to the room my group was given but there were a couple issues. Firstly the shower/bathtub is fairly difficult to use if you are even of moderate height but this was almost definitely due to the fact we were given an attic room. The second issue with the property itself was the lack of AC in the bedroom, we were in Kotor during a heatwave and this was an especially difficult room to sleep in. A final slight issue was to do with the fact that our booking papers had gone missing from the reception desk when we arrived so the gentleman at the desk had to leave to find them, which took around 15 minutes. We ended up having to wait nearly 30 minutes outside because the gentlemen had to show another group to their accommodation. This usually wouldn’t have been a problem but it was a particularly hot day and we were exhausted.

Excellent central location with easy access in quiet area.

Location within old city walls. Able to store our bikes in the room's entrance.

Room smelt a little musty but it is a very old building. Owner asked us to vacate for a couple of hours (actually 3) while he got someone to replace part of the ceiling.

Check-in için önceden 11 de geleceğimizi söylememize rağmen saat 2 ye kadar bekledik. Yorganlar pis kokuyordu. Daha iyi bir yer tercih edilebilir.

Kotor kalesinin içinde her yer ayağının altında olması hissi güzeldi. Odada çok vakit geçirilmeyecekse tercih sebebi.

Mutfak kısmında yeterli malzeme olmasına rağmen su ısıtıcı olmaması kötüydü.

Comfortable and Good value for money

Nice comfortable room in old stone house next to the western gate of the old town by the bridge. The property is tucked away in quite corner which is great for good night sleep. No noise Big comfy bed, small kitchenette with everything you need for cooking., TV, AC , small but functional bathroom with shower and was hairdryer. All in all excellent for the money I paid .

Nothing Friendly advice, room can do with chair and somewhere to hang clothes.

Konum ve manzarası güzel lakin ev tuvaller ve gereçler temiz değil.

Sıcak su , Wi-Fi ve merkezi olması güzeldi . Manzarası anlatıldığı gibi çıktı . Tv ve diğer elektronik aletlerin tamamı tam olarak çalışmıyor .

Çok Temiz değildi . Toz ve havada örümcek ağları kaplamış . Tuvalet ve tuvalet çöpü temiz değildi. Klimalar tam istenildiği gibi çalışmamakta . Bir sıcak bir soğuk çalışmakta . Üst kat aydınlatmalarının hepsi çalışmıyor . Ve pirizlerin hepsinde enerji yok . Mutfak gereçleri temiz değildi . Alışveriş tuz vs alıp öyle gidin.

I felt like royalty staying at Apartment Dukic, I hated to leave. I appreciated how authentic my huge apartment was. It

The staff, Trixy went above and beyond to make my stay very special . Always making sure I had all I needed . She went to find me in the rain when I could not find the reception area. She showed me two rooms and wanted me to have the best room and stay .

I loved everything about the property .

Great location, awesome terrace with the view but the apartment could have been messy and cleaner.

Location is great, terrace and the view exceptional!

Too many old messy things unnecessarily clattered in the apartment, would have been much nicer if they got rid of plenty of old mess. And not that clean either, especially the bathroom.

You have to pay cash which is frustrating, wish this was mentioned at the time of booking. Would then save the hassle of trying to draw out £400 from a cash machine inside a shop

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

To say something, location.

If only the problem was that it's a basement, an old bar reshaped as a crammed apartment for six people without natural light... but: - it has a total lack of higiene - no warm water - the pillows and beds are disgusting - the WC has a permanent stench - there it was only one roll of toilet paper. - we can’t pay by card, only cash were required. BOOKING HAS MORE THAN 80 PICTURES OF THIS PLACE AND NONE OF THEM SHOW THIS “APARTMENT”.

Top location, fully renovated and charming apartment, awesome host

The apartment was located really in the middle of the old town, in one of the main squares. The property was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you may need, including a balcony with view on the square. The host was extremely flexible and helpful, waiting for me and helping me finding an alternative to my original booking due to a technical issue I had with my motorcycle, who made me postponing the arrival for 3 days.

Just really a minor thing, the hairdryer was not working even if it looked pretty new. Apart of this small thing, everything was great

Very nice and spacious apartment in Old Town

Size of apartment, one double bed and two single beds. Good price due to a last minute cancellation.

Extra costs should be included in the main body of e-mail where total price is mentioned. Cleaning costs and tourist tax were not included in this price.

Superb

That was a very good location. It is in the old town. Little bit noisy but it worth. Because you can easily reach the room in the night. There is a fridge, a table, a small kitchen and some staff in the appartment. The room was for 4 people. We stayed as 2. Maybe it can be a little bit small for 4 people. But ı think it is not very important. Because the people are only going to room for sleep. I suggest this place. The view of the room was looking the church. There was a great ambiance in the room.

Got bed bugs, lived out of a plastic bag of clothes for most of our stay, accommodation cleaned all of our belongings but many items came back torn/ripped, discoloured and needing to be replaced, took weeks of consistent communication with manager to get only a partial refund and things only eventuated to a refund after we got Booking.com involved.

Good host and perfect location.

Location perfect, if you arrive late restaurant just next to property Guy at reception was very nice and helpful

Bathroom is not good, very tiny bath Kitchen facilities not good, fridge should be condemned with immediate effect and it didn't work Bedroom good space, bed not so bad, blankets supplied should be burnt asap as they were nasty and smelly Heating wasn't warm enough even at 30 degrees with loads of noise from it.
