Zum Übernachten okay

Die Lage im Grünen ist nett, nahe an der Salzach und nicht weit in die Stadt hinein. Sehr ruhig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ganz gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Eine ziemlich in die Jahre gekommene Jugendherberge. Zwar geputzt, aber nicht besonders sauber (es kleben alle möglichen Sachen auf allen möglichen Oberflächen) Die Matratze sehr hart. Die Duschkabine war kaputt, an einem Morgen gab's kein Warmwasser. Dafür fand ich den Preis von 69€ (pro Nacht, EZ) nicht so wenig.

Best hostel in the city

Amazing breakfast included. Beautiful garden. Always clean.

It turned out check in time is only until 11pm, but I was lucky enough to check in a bit later, thanks! Not possible to put a stamp on the HI card:(

Great price, but with caveats.

The price was competitive, staff friendly, and breakfast decent.

While I knew this Hostel was further away from the City Center, I was counting on being able to rent a bicycle to get around quickly. When I went to the front desk the day after check-in, I was informed by a gentleman at the counter that the bicycles all were not in good condition and needed maintenance - thus I walked to the city center and back which is quite far adding about 5 KM roundtrip (I'm in good shape and walked a total of 15KM that day). Also, maybe it was due to low season, but the hostel wasn't very social. There's one common area in the reception and a patio, but beyond that the rooms are further away.

Erstaunlich sauber und gemütlich

Perfectly clean and cozy room with a lot of functional space for luggage/clothes. The beds were crazy good. We had a little trouble getting there because of Google Maps not telling us about lines 3 and 8 of the local busses and had to take a regional bus - with the local busses you'll get to the hostel in about 10-15 minutes from the city center/central station. We did not book our breakfast but could just buy it in the morning - 5€ for a nice buffet, nothing extraordinary but you can refill as much as you want and there's variety - did the job. Alltogether I found the room a little too expensive but we booked with very little advance and Salzburg is actually quite expensive, and for a room this clean we were just happy to pay a little more. Highly recommended!

Good price good staff clean

It was very clean and staff was very very nice and we got it for a good price

The location of property was a little far from city center. It was close to food (I.e McDonald’s) and you’d have to take a 15 min bus ride to city center.

Nice location and decent rooms

It is nice to have a hostel with a family room that has a private bathroom, also practical that meals are offered.

Not suitable for more than 1 night stay

Amazing breakfast, the toilet was okay ant the overall ambience of the hostel.

My biggest issue was that I received a key to a faulty wardrobe drawer, so I basically had to sleep with my things on my bed. There was another drawer that was broken as well. There were empty ones but I couldn't get them because they were ''in use'' by other travelers even though they were obviously unused.

Spacious room, good breakfast, close to the center, clean room and a bathroom. Separate toilet and a shower. Parking place.

Very nice staff! She offer us space for our bicycles inside the building. Breakfast fine, room fine.

Location ok, very pleasant lady on reception, breakfast was just bread/cheese/ham/apple/egg/coffee, which is typical for every place. Hostel reminds post soviet dormitory as we have in Czech Republic for students, but as I understood cheaper price you wouldn’t find anyways, Austria has its own crazy prices. So in total place is ok, especially for one night :) Very clean, silent, nice nature, all good

No naht towels and you had to do the beed shedding by yourself. Breakfast had few possibilities and was of poor quality👎

Very good

Breakfast was included and it was good. Room was clean but the bed was not comfortable to sleep considering the cusion of the mattress

Overall we like the reception staff who helped us all through the stay

Superb

Quiet green location close to old town, simple, but very cosy rooms and very friendly staff. Definitely do recommend it to anyone. The price/quality ration was very good.
