Perfect, everything you could need in the flat and around very well maintained

I was very impressed by the property. The only complaint I would have is the shower was a little bit grubby only in the places that were difficult to clean. No complaints with anything else. It was great.

As I said, just the shower was a little bit grubby in the places that are hard to clean along the bottom bit. But the rest of the shower is clean in great thank you

It was a home away from home! everything you could need and want!

great facilities and felt like everything I could need to stay!

the camberley station was slightly difficult with getting to certain locations in the area but this was mainly due to rail strikes and my early morning starts required.

Great.

It is in a very convenient location. The studios are spacious, clean and light. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities provided are good.

Nothing to dislike.

Had all the equipment we needed and it was functional and was clean. 1 or 2 places require updating

both key pad to building and lock box at apartment were easy to acess

noise outside on Friday and Saturday nights was around until quie=te late

Exceptional

I enjoyed my stay but gaining access was very stressful, but once we got the security sorted out it was plain sailing. I would recommend this property.

In a good area and very comfortable. Nice and compact.

The plumbing system of the whole building is quite load, so if you’re a light sleep and a neighbour decides to take a shower or go to the toilet it will definitely wake you up.

hot & noisy the addition of blackout curtains would be most useful in the summer months & possibly triple glazed windows to reduce the noise

Overall a comfortable stay, did the job for me.

Property is on an excellent location with near all amenities. Access to train/bus stations and restaurants was awesome and convenient. Check in was seamless with a lockbox. Clear communications sent out. Do note, you need to take a parking permit while you book which is a bit tricky when you take hire cars.

It's located on a fairly busy road and at nights you would hear the odd loud motorcycle and traffic noise. Also, not happy when i requested for a 2 hour early check in, the property charged me 12 GBP. Most hotels I have checked in do not charge for 1-2 hour early check ins. I felt can do a bit more on cleanliness; it wasn't bad but the floors could have been better with a vacuum .

Nice clean, affordable

Great location in the centre of town. Clean apartment with sleek kitchen and lounge area. Living area and bedroom was spacious, comfortable bed and sofa.

The traffic noise, as being next to the main road was quite disturbing as the walls/windows aren’t that thick.

Great location, large spacious apartment, great facilities

Room was extremely hot but fan provided, however AC may be useful. toilet made a very loud, continuous sound whenever flushed or shower used (sometimes laying over 10 minutes).

Wifi was good. Washing machine worked well. Bedding was nice. There was a nice fan.

I couldn't find washing up liquid, a tea towel, or an oven mitt. The macerator toilet made noise randomly, even at night. The location was too noisy to leave the window open at night.

A modern smart flat. Good teas coffees biscuits. Clean bed linen. Lift useful as was using a walking stick. Parking good.

Dirty floor (sticky). TV control bad sometimes changed channels but later didn’t. Toilet water unit DEAFENING. Poor double glazing did not deaden traffic noise. Should be triple glazed. No dishwasher instructions, only worked at 23.00. Inadequate cutlery. Fire instructions incorrect- refers to gathering outside Laura Ashley which is no longer there!

The staff is excellent, good customer service, when we asked questions about the property, the staff come back to us with helpful assistance.

There is next to the road, all day noisy with racing cars, it seems a part of racing track next to you. Even the double glazing windows are not helping.
