Gute Lage, aber sehr düster und WLAN funktioniert nicht.

- Super Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und an der Altstadt. - Beim Frühstück (wird draußen im Hof serviert) gibt es frisch zubereitete Eier und etwas mehr Auswahl als sonst in Italien. - Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat direkten Zugang zum Hof. - Nettes Personal.

- Das WLAN hat nur an der Rezeption funktioniert. Weder im Zimmer noch auf dem Hof. Ist dort auch bekannt. Das hätte ich aber gerne vor der Buchung gewusst. - Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist trotz Tür zum Hof sehr dunkel. Selbst tagsüber muss man Licht anschalten. Es ist auch ein bisschen feucht und riecht etwas muffig. - Hat mich nicht betroffen, aber man sollte wissen, dass es das Frühstück nur in der Woche gibt (und erst ab 08:30 Uhr), am Wochenende muss man in ein Café in der Nähe. - Fliegengitter vorm Fenster / vor der Tür wäre schön gegen die Mücken.

Convenient location with free parking and great breakfast.

Great accommodation with it's own free parking and easy to walk into the old town to explore Lecce. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Comfy bed and quiet apartment.

Just the room and the furniture were very dark - would be nice to brighten it up a bit.

Good location and parking. staff was very friendly and breakfast included option for eggs & bacon. good private off street parking.

Room was cold and dark. Wifi was miserably slow. Not enough hot water for two showers in a row.

very spacious two-storey apartment,in a renovated old palazzo. communication with the host was excellent, the property was clean and well equipped. about a ten minute walk into the old town.

nothing - April temperatures were cool so it was a little chilly in the evenings, but that’s not unexpected in an historic property

Great.

The staff were very helpful, especially in respect of leaving luggage upon arrival and departure. The room and en-suite were clean and the location was great, being only a short walk to the beautiful old city of Lecce.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I’m not complaining!

Superb

Excellent location: near Porta Biaggio, Via Di Leuca, which has a nice neighborhood feel to it, and is at the end of a quiet street.

the WiFi signal works only in the common areas. I could not get a signal in my room.

Fair stay, but cleanliness can be much improved.

The location of the property is only 5 mins walk from Lecce old town. it’s very convenient to look for food. The kitchen is well equipped.

The cleanliness can be improved. The property also might need some updates, like the shower is very old and has a constant foul smell, which I think is from the sewage.

great place, with character, half way between the station and the old town.

wonderful room, pleasantly of space. the lady in charge was very help and nice.

nothing really. if you had mobility problems, the narrow steep stairs would be a problem. I felt this was part of the character of the property.

location was good, breakfast was also good.

the room which is the single is right next to the reception and there were loud noises from very early in the morning (8am) so it was very difficult to sleep. the bedding was of very poor quality. the mini fridge was barely working

Great stay!

Very friendly staff, great communication, awesome breakfast and very close to the old city! Free parking outside the B&B. Very clean and lovely finishing, I would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Very good

Very small scale B&B. The rooms were spacious with lovely balcony. Free great coffee through stay. We could overstay checkout time without extra cost. Nice free parking on the street with permit provided by b&b. Reccommend Pizzeria Rosetta nearby for awesome great pizza!

The breakfast was in external place during our stay and was limited to one pastry and cofee.

Misleading rating..

Very good location (close to the city center), host very friendly, parking spot available in front of the building, big terrace/balcony, AC available (but directed towards the bed so you cannot really use it while in the room).

The room is pretty small and dark (small windows too), the furniture is old and brown (the general theme is brown) and there are no mosquito nets which is a big issue during summertime. Also, the bed was squeaking at every movement, quite unconfortable. Overall I would say that the rating on Booking (over 9) is definitely not representative for this B&B.

Exceptional

Great property, only 10 minute walk to historic centre. Very spacious & includes everything you need. Host Giulio was very helpful with information. Fruit basket on arrival most appreciated.

The location was great - a very quiet street and near the old town. All facilities were excellent and the building absolutely wonderful.

A hidden treasure within a 5 minute walk from the old town

Number 3 Suite South is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything you need plus a wonderfully quiet private terrace. Bed is comfortable, airco in both rooms works perfectly, bathroom provides evertything you need, internet works properly. There's a small breakfast area and a terrace, breakfast is fresh, reasonably varied according to local standards with excellent espresso. On Sunday and Monday one can have breakfast in a nearby café: not as varied but certainly sufficient and tasty with some local pastries. Location is excellent in a dead-end street, free parking with the by the owner provided permit and within a 5 minute walk to the old town.
