6/274 Beach Road is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. Welcome to Somers Apartment ComplexThis apartment is located on the upper level. This complex offers a swimming pool for guests to use but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Your balcony over looks the pool area and across to the bay. This property is a comfortable apartment located just across the road from Batehaven village & Corrigans and Caseys beaches are close by. It has a very liveable layout inside. Based here you have plenty of options! You can bring your bikes and you can ride along the beach front to the main street of Batemans Bay, along the well-used bike path. There is a barbecue on your balcony for those lazy summer afternoons. Its all at your doorstep. This property has living/dining area (the dining table can be extended)at the front with kitchen located in the middle and two bedrooms at the rear, with the master bedroom at the front which can access the balcony and views across the bay. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter. The property provides a pod coffee machine and Coles pods will fit. The property also has 2 baby booster seats to sit at the table with the family and no high chairs required. There are board games and a WII for everyone to enjoy.

Bedroom Linen is Not provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

Master bedroom - Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, large ensuite spa bath and patio.
Bedroom 2 - Double size bed with wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds and wardrobe.

Bathrooms/Laundry: The main bathroom has a shower and toilet; while the ensuite has a shower, spa bath and toilet. A laundry closet with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience; this is within the main bathroom.

Outside: There is a balcony with a Barbecue with an outdoor setting for 6 to enjoy where you can see the water. There are also 2 chaise lounges. Just in front of the balcony is the pool area. You can park your car in the secure double lock up garage.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.

Bookings: High - 7 night minimum; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

The proximity to the Batehaven shops meant you didn’t have to drive and the beach was across the road. What else could you ask for when holidaying on the coast?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, well maintained unit, great location, just perfect for my wife and I. We had been there before, so quite familiar with the unit and what it had in regard to our requirements. Liked that it had three bedrooms and two toilets along with excellent kitchen and lounge and TV area. If I had to nominate one minor downside, perhaps the fact that no garage remote was there when we arrived. However, fully appreciative of Kate's quick efforts to resolve the issue. Totally enjoyed the stay.Will rent again in future. Big thank you to Batemans Bay Accommodation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great apartment. Plenty of space for our family if 5 plus Grandma and really well located close to IGA and all amenities. We were a short drive from a number of beaches and the unit had all the equipment we needed to be able to prepare meals and keep the kids comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A clean, comfy, well equipped unit. Ideal location for convenience shopping, takeaways. Easy drive to Batemans Bay shopping centre.The unit, whilst old, is large, also great for inviting friends around.An easy stroll to Corrigans Beach for walks.I look forward to revisiting next year.My only gripe was that the aircon remote seemed temperamental.Also, my friend who plays bridge online had some internet hassles, though the agent sorted the problem immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed 4 nights with my family. It was an ideal position. Close to everything you need without having to travel too far. The apartment was easy to find and clear instructions of how to access. The layout of the apartment was excellent - the kids had their own space and us adults could relax away on the balcony or spa! There was a bit of traffic noise in the day but that died down in the evening and the only thing I heard when waking up in the night was the soft lapping of the waves. The cupboards were well stocked with appliances and crockery. It would be good to include a complete itinerary of all items that the apartment provided so tenants don't double up! I took my hairdryer when I needn't have. I would definitely rent this apartment again. A great stay!

Really great stay

Really great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean neat and tidy. Close to awesome pizza. Traffic noise a little loud but not terrible. Would stay again for sure.
