OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Hatteras Landing Tucked away in the secluded Hatteras Landing community with uncrowded beaches, shopping, restaurants and a museum just a short walk away, HATTERAS HI'D AWAY is a true island find. Amazing location which boosts the best of both worlds with amazing unrestricted oceanfront views looking out the rear of the home, and beautiful views of the sound including Hatteras Landing looking out the front of the home. Lounge by the private pool with bubbly hot tub, or throw some burgers on the two gas grills on the deck overlooking the pool. Step inside to find the game room with pool table, foosball, 70" Smart TV, home theater system, and wet bar with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Continuing on the first floor, you'll find a handicap friendly hall bath w/roll-in shower, a handicapped friendly king master bedroom w/roll-in shower, and a bonus room with 2 sets of bunk beds. On the mid level, you can stretch out in one of 5 spacious and inviting bedrooms, including three king masters, and a king bedroom that shares a full hall bath with an adjoining children's room with 2 sets of bunks (ideal for young families). Reconnect in the top level great room with towering ocean views from the floor to the cathedral ceilings, as you relax in the great room with another 65” Smart TV. The neighboring dining area and an adjacent second sitting area share the ocean view, and the kitchen delivers convenience and luxury with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, dual ovens, including 1 convection oven, 2 dishwashers, an updated LG 6-burner cooktop, sound and Hatteras ferry dock views, and plenty of counter space with an expansive kitchen island and counter seating. There's also a convenient half bath on this level, and a gracious king master suite with beautiful ocean views, and master bath with Jacuzzi and roll-in shower. For a little reflection, enjoy the captain's loft with small study and sitting area, and bird's eye ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise, or watch the ferries go by against a sound sunset with three levels of oceanfront and soundside decking and seating. With all of this luxury to enjoy, you'll want to make your escape to HATTERAS HI'D AWAY.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

We enjoyed the house. It needs some deep ckeaning, new rugs for sure, and generally some TLC. Nice, spacious house with good amenities, just run down some. A lot of pet hair in places that cleaning service should have cleaned. ie; mirrors, coffee table....very visible! Cook top is extremely sporadic.....Difficult to use. One clothes dryer(2there), did not work! Overall a huge place so a decent value. Could be excellent with a few things improved!
