O custo benefício foi muito bom. A recepcão foi muito atenciosa em nosso atendimento, em especial na indicação de locais de nossa preferência para jantar. Nos quartos tudo funcionou muito bem. Atendeu às expectativas.

Hotel ótimo, estrutura muito boa, bem receptivos e café da manhã bom. Pode se hospedar tranquilamente.

Ótimo atendimento, bem simpáticos. Tem estacionamento, ar condicionado funciona bem, chuveiro quente e frio, TV a cabo (NET).

Não recomendo sair a pé a noite do hotel. Só de carro ou uber/taxi. Na região tem muitos usuários de drogas, mas isso é por conta de um prédio abandonado da antiga rodoviária. Não é responsabilidade do hotel.

Agradeco o meu animal proteção no meu animal cuidado!

Sim, nos estamos relaxando com o cadela pequena no quarto muito excelente, mas adicionei um animal mais barato. Agradeco hotel turis.

Nos nao reclamamos ar condiconado pouco falha que muitas aguas caiam no chao molhado, mas tempestade deu um sorte como passou á noite normal, porque deixou um animal pequeno slvador. Q excelente!

Turis pessimo.

Nem cheguei a entrar na acomodação. Reservei com antecedência, enviei mensagem informando o horário de minha chegada e não tive resposta, porém, no meu App ficou como CONFIRMADA e seguiu confirmada como se eu estivesse passado minha estadia normalmente. E mais detalhes, avisei o horário da minha chegada às 17h da tarde, pois iria chegar somente 2h da manhã. E como seguiu confirmada me desloquei depois de uma viagem cansativa, acompanhada ainda de uma parente idosa. Imagina a frustração de estar tudo certo no App e na hora a moça da recepção falar que não havia mais quartos pois foi cancelado. Cancelado por quem? Se no App estava confirmado. Falta de empatia do funcionário que cancelou somente lá, e não cancelou pelo Booking. Fez eu ir a toa pra ficar jogada 2h da manhã.

As tomadas dos quartos não são do padrão atual, ou seja de três pinos. Café da manhã os funcionários demoram muito pra repor os alimentos e também demoram muito a limpar as mesas após o uso.

Bom custo benefício.

Bom café da manhã, boa limpeza, estacionamento com várias vagas e cobertas. Mesmo o estacionamento subterrâneo não há dificuldade para utilizar.

Hotel antigo, quartos desgastados (tomadas velhas que quase não dão contato, sinais de desgaste diversos), travesseiro duro, chuveiro tipo ducha que precisa ligar com muita água.

Great location coming to/from the airport driving. Parking on site. Breakfast is good with a buffet with lots of options. Rooms are simple but good. Great for a short stay!

On the edge of the city centre, easily accessible by car and with free parking. Rooms are basic, no extras, clean. Breakfast is very complete, typical Brazilian with fruit, cakes, juice, eggs, sausage, sandwiches.

Pleasant

The bed was good and sheets clean. Also the man at the reception was very friendly.

In the shower there was a ball of black hair laying around that someone probably took out of the drain but it was disgusting. Sure the housekeeping missed it but still I nearly threw up. Also the internet wasn't working.
