A very cozy and quiet one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen under the oak trees in Atascadero for ADULTS ONLY Due to insurance our place is not set up for young children!Very close to hiking trails, wineries, restaurants and beaches, Hearst Castle and Cambria!!
Coffee, tea, and great drinking water, amendments and WiFi for your convenience!! Plenty of private parking!! Be comfortable and cozy and watch the wild life around you!!

Was thrilled we were located on the road that I used to walk to school. My gramps lived just a few houses away! Beautiful, comfy, fantastic, perfect place at my mom’s hometown and my childhood town.

This was our second time here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The inside is adorably quaint and the outside is inviting and well maintained. The place makes me feel like I'm far away from everything, quiet and peaceful. The owners live on the property, so if there are any problems or special needs, they are there in a flash. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit our daughter in Atascadero.

A great stay in this lovely attached unit. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property is woodsy and gorgeous with squirrels running around and birds chirping. Quiet as can be at night, and a very comfortable bed. Had a nice chat with the host one day. Other than that, it felt like I was the only person in the area. I'd stay here again, for sure.

Our host, Julie, though of everything! This property is perfect for a couple (or a single perhaps) wanting to get away for a restful time. The location and neighborhood is indeed shaded by many mature oaks. There are ample places in or outside of the apartment to relax with a book or just watch the hummingbirds go about their business. The bed is an amazing cloud of comfort! We would not hesitate to book this place again when we're in the area.

This was the best place I could wish for! i needed a place where I can relax, cook for myself, have enough space if i wanted to work out or do yoga on my mat while having all the privacy I need. Perfect! the bed was really comfortable for me, the apartment kept pretty cool even on these days with heat wave warnings & as much as it fairly close to the freeway, you cannot hear it! The shower has great pressure and the apartment was very welcoming. Julie is lovely and one can tell she cares about the place and her guests! Loved the pastries from the bakery. Location wise, ideal for so many places, SLO, Paso Robles, vineyards, Hearst Castle, Pismo Beach or the beautiful coastal route from Cambria to Carmel! Atascadero itself is a cute town with great places to dine and wine. And not to forget the amazing ladies boutique RoCoco Luxe offering vintage and new designer items! Nothing to not like about this quiet and peaceful place. It had everything we needed and more! Loved the sitting areas inside and out, and we appreciated the extra touches like the welcome treats of chocolates and baked goods. We could walk into town easily. The guest house is so cute, I felt automatically at home. The bed was so cozy, she had fresh local pastries waiting for us. I spent the morning, drinking coffee, doing crosswords and watching the hummingbirds. We were there visiting friends and will definitely try to book it again next time we need a place to stay.

Extremely comfortable King sized bed! The property is super convenient and in a quiet, clean, nice neighborhood. We were visited by the hummingbirds outside the living room window. Nice extra touches as well upon arrival (bagels/apples) and some exceptional pastries the next morning. Top notch VRBO..highly recommend to others.

Really lovely apartment!. Super clean with amazing extra's: shampoo, conditioner, lovely soaps. The space is open and light. The bed is a dream...it felt like sleeping on a cloud! I have never stayed in a vacation home that had such thoughtfulness put into it. Everywhere you look there is an extra step taken. From an extra toothbrush in the bathroom, to bathrobes in the closet, to little chocolates in the kitchen. This house is lovely and I will be staying in it again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Colony Haven—quite aptly named. A haven indeed! The views from the sitting room were just beautiful, especially this time of year with all the holiday lights and decorations. It’s spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Amenities like bagels, cream cheese, bananas, and half and half were unexpected and greatly appreciated. It is the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son, daughter in law, and new grandson. We’ll definitely be back!
