located by a winery that has great food and a short drive to cuyahoga national park that has a great towpath to ride your bikes from Cleveland to Akron. the b&b is located on a beautiful organic vegetable garden

Both Visar and Dave and were gracious and accommodating hosts. Their family members were terrific as well. The breakfasts were healthy, delicious and elegantly presented. Visar's homestead is built from the finest materials and her gardens are beautiful and bountiful. The room and bed were comfortable, and we felt well-rested each morning. I also gave Purple Skies a 5-star Google review!

The lock on our door didn't work, although we felt our belongings were safe. I needed to ask for an exchange of towels, which was fine, but the 2nd set was not nearly as luxurious as the initial set.

The breakfast was exceptional. The hospitality was wonderful and they were very accommodating. The location was fine... A little out of the way of where we wanted to be, but that was also part of it's charm because it felt so remote. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless. We were there for only one day, but our hosts were wonderful.

The house was SO spotless that you asked to wear house slippers that they provided while in the house. Now while that wasn't a big deal because we there for only one day, PLUS we still have a pandemic going on, I had no problem doing this. But I do have chronic plantar fasciitis and if I had to stay there for a longer period of time and walk around on the bare floors for any moderate length of time then that would have been bothersome to me and would have caused my PF to flare up. But I'm sure that for most people this will not be a problem and instead they will be appreciative of how pristinely clean the place is. :)

The breakfast was fantastic! Everything was made fresh and most of the ingredients came straight from the farm in which the homestead resides. The location was great too! Only 30 minutes from Cleveland and 15 minutes from the Cuyahoga National Park. We loved spending time in Cleveland and the surrounding parks!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. We had a very enjoyable time.

Nice view from great room and dining area. Bathroom had plenty of light and surface area. Bed was quite comfortable and slept well.

Although the bed was great, the bedroom was on the small side with limited surface areas. The breakfast was okay but the egg dish wasn't hot and no orange juice or other juices offered.

Wonderful stay for the night! We got in pretty late which they were very accommodating with! Then when we awoke we were greeted with a delicious fresh from their farm breakfast which was the perfect way to start the day!

Visar and Dave were absolutely wonderful hosts. We stopped through on a road trip from Chicago and chose to stay at Purple Skies so we were close to Cuyahoga National Park (15 minutes away). It was wonderful. The house and farm are beautiful. We sat outside for most of the evening, in front of the fire pit, with a great view of the sunset (lots of purple, hence, purple skies homestead). Breakfast was delicious and our conversations were wonderful. We couldn't recommend staying at Purple Skies more.

Breakfast was it homemade quiche with farm grown tomatoes that have been roasted the day before. Homemade zucchini bread. The farm grows all of their produce. It was absolutely delicious!
