Central Location, comfortable bed, water pressure

Extremely noisy due to work done inside the building during almost two thirds of the day. Also noisy bar on ground floor, music until very late. Room smelled intensely of stale smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

Room #5 was super small, not like the pictures. had No shower door, all water splatter out on the floor. Had to use the towels for the wet floor and the owner didn't reply at my message for giving me extra towels. 0 customer service.i don't recommend.

I will not return to this place.

It's Located in a good neighborhood. They where very nice and helpful to checking in at 13:00 instead of 15:00.

I can't call it clean when there are bunches of hair in the shower. Also, in order to have hot water to shower, one needs to switch a button in the main electricity pannel half an hour before taking a shower and to switch it off. Then you enter the shower just to realize that one of it's doors is missing! The light above the sink is in the ceiling so you don't see your face very well while shaving. There is no power outlet in the shower for an electric shaving or for the hair dryer. The cupboard has only two shelves which are already occupied by two blankets so there's no place for your clothes. They call themselves LUXURY yet this is the only place that as a guest I was asked to take down the garbage. BTW, I looked and didn't find any large garbage bins anywhere close, meening, the guest has to take his garbage and walk with it in the street till he/she finds a large bin.

Nice room.. Noisy street

It was not far to walk from Syntagma or Monastirki. The room was big & clean

The entrance was not very nice & the rolladoor closed at 10pm so you needed to use a key to get into the building. We were there on a Friday & Saturday nights. Directly under the building is a bar which played music & people were talking loudly till early in the morning. It was difficult to sleep. Im not sure if it is so noisy mid week also ?

Very good

The room is fresh and looks recently renovated. If has everything you need. It is ideal for a couple or 2 friends. The bed is big and comfy. The location is amazing, right in the centre and the street is busy so it feels safe even for solo travellers. There is a coffee machine and the hosts had let coffee capsules which was very kind.

There are bars downstairs so it can be noisy. The windows cancel a lot of the noise but not all. The cooking facilities are limitied-but it didn't bother me. The drain in the shower is not constructed properly and as a result the water stays in the shower floor and creates a pool. I think because of that or other drainage issues there is a constant unpleasant smell. You do not notice the smell though after a while.

Location was prime. Absolutely close to everything in Athens. A couple of clubs on the street.

Started off rough. Requested for an early check in but apparently wasn’t granted. Cleaning lady was late and had to quickly clean the apartment.

Not enough blankets and towels. Towels were replenished but blanket request wasn’t granted.

it was OK except for the card for the lights and the sound that the water was making

i really liked the location of thw property.

The card for the electricity didn’t work. We had to put in our credit card instead which was a bit sketchy. Whenever the water tap/shower was on or whenever we flushed there was a horrible very loud sound from the boiler (I’m guessing). The AC barely worked.

Very close to Syntagma, it is fine for a short stay. Good for two people

The bar in the same street is super noisy at nigth. The doors are missing handles to open them. Very tricky to shower, and to get the water in the direction of the drain. A little cramped for three persons.

100% recommend!

Great location. Good room and bathroom, everything according to the description. Mary and Niko were 5 stars, they were very helpful with everything at anytime, very easy to reach and to solve any situations that arouse.
