Disappointed as I think we were downgraded not upgraded

Great view. Liked the free breakfast. Nice fire Food ok

We were upgraded apparently to a king room as they got our booking wrong but the new room was small and had a queen bed It did not have a kitchen although it had dishes that had to be done in small bathroom sink. The exit to the property had a big speed bump that badly scraped the bottom of car

Never stay there again was too expensive for a crap room

The only positive thing was the breakfast was lovely

Bathroom flooded. breakfast times finish very early and we had to scrape our plates into bin like we are at Guides camp. Manager questioned me about breakfast for my daughter and friend If i paid the money but we didn't attend breakfast that day. Tv is so tiny can't see it from the bed. Couch has sunk couldn't sit in it as we couldn't get out of it if we did, There was a lip from carpet to tiles which is a trip Hazard. Totally overpriced for the room

Be a good place with everything open

Despite the dated look the room was clean and more modern than the exterior. The rate was reasonable for the location.

If the restaurant is closed and doesn’t look like opening during a persons stay, please advise them of this. We were looking forward to dining at the property and were let down on arrival midweek and on the Friday night.

It was okay.

Great views from the balcony. Comfortable beds.

When exiting the property on the left hand side for the first time we have scratched the bottom of our sedan to the point of getting stuck just where the lane meets the road. There is a hump and a depression there. We had to back out. It should not be like that. You cannot expect people to only drive vehicles with higher clearance. We had to exit the property on the right hand side instead where they had orange poles standing probably marking the entry to the property. The bathroom was quite old. There were no shampoos/conditioner provided. The reception was not attended. We came there a couple of times as we were seeking some information.

Overall, good value for money with basic breakfast and decent accom, 10 mins drive from Jindabyne

Basic breakfast available - toast, cereal, yoghurt, tinned peaches. Views to the lake are nice. Good air conditioning/heating.

There was an insect on the bath mat. The cleaner came in to service the room and picked up the bath mat and put it back on the rack, instead of giving us a fresh one.

we booked one of the best rooms which was quite luxurious with a spa bath and had a balcony with magnificent views over

it was off season and we were the only guests. there were no staff and very few facilities.

Siesta madness

Nothing. Difficult to describe. Run down and unkempt exterior and grounds. No management or staff on premises. Diabolical tiny bathroom. Bed was reasonable. Strategy to survive - laugh at the absurdity of the place.

See above. I mean we will always remember our night in jindabyne.

Jindy and the snow in NSW is just way too busy, always a rush to beat the crowds, and over priced

Breakfast was pretty standard, pancake machine was great. Large spacious room

In the room: The door frame for the balcony was warped badly 30mm at top, letting bugs and cold air in and the door had no way of locking. Bathroom sink and shelf was very hard to use, without spilling water everywhere, could do with a larger mirror

Location was great

It is very run down and could do with a good clean and tidy up. Leaves lying everywhere, cobwebs in the outside of windows. the room was clean but housekeeping could have replaced towels and taken away dirty dishes
