Perfectly cosy and comfortable

The propety was beautifully decorated and it was incredibly clean and tidy. It also felt very safe and in a great location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and were always more than happy to help. The full English breakfast cooked was absolutely delicious. This is a must stay - Guest house. I will be returning.

Lovely find, great view, great place, great breakfast.

The location is fantastic, we were on the top floor overlooking the beach, lovely view of the sea and to the right the pier. Lovely lady greeted us when we arrived and the lady serving breakfast was great. Breakfast is served in a bright, fresh room with lots of choice.

An incredible warm welcome to a clean and comfortable stay.

We felt so welcome from the instant we arrived and were so impressed with the lounge area and location. The room was clean and comfortable and my husband said it was the best smoked salmon and scrambled eggs he’d ever had. Both Karen and Selina were incredibly helpful and warm to us and we would definitely return!

Not a criticism but the extractor fan when the shower was on was quite noisy so I was worried it might disturb neighbouring rooms but we didn’t hear anyone else!

Location - large room

Very poor pressure in shower For Sunday am thought breakfast times were a little early. Limited period to check in 4pm-7pm and main front door locked at 7pm.

Location excellent ideal situated for walking into town. On arrival made to feel very welcome. Room was perfect over looking the sea everything you need. Breakfast the best I have every had. We enjoyed it si much we stayed another night.

Will definitely book again!

Absolutely perfect location with a beautiful view out over the sea. Tastefully decorated with a lovely space to enjoy a cup of tea or drink whilst soaking up the view. Breakfast was delicious, accommodating all members of our party (4 adults and 2 children).

Top place to stay

I was made to feel very welcome. Could drop off my bags early and got the key to my room. Very clean and friendly Beach just across the road

We booked for our anniversary and had a superb stay

everything was lovely and clean, staff very pleasant warm and welcoming. breakfast was superb.

we liked our room but if we stayed again we would book a seaview room.

Poor security

The previous guests still had a key for our room and we did know this until we saw it in the Key drop off box at 7pm on our way to dinner, the front door was open also meaning anybody could have entered our room

Beautiful location calm and relaxing, love to stay again but will go for the beach view for sure.

The location was fantastic as it is directly opposite the beach and very easy to walk to other attractions. The cleanliness and look of the property. It had a lovely communal area right at the front which is so nice if you do not want to venture anywhere. The breakfast was of high quality and highly recommend that to others. The ladies we saw running it were just amazing, helpful and kind.

The only detail was the size of the room. There is no other fault but that isn’t a fault just an opinion. We would have a just liked the room a bit bigger.

A warm welcome and a really excellent full English breakfast! Comfortable bed

Nothing to do with the guest house but parking was difficult. They did provide a parking permit that covered our stay for two nights but finding a space near the guest house was problematic. I did manage to squeeze into a space not too far away and eventually managed to park almost outside the next day.......had to be quick though!
