Absolutely amazing experience I will be staying here on my next visit for sure. Customer for life

Everything was perfect. Location , staff , delivered what was communicated prior to booking. Food was great . They manage this property with high levels of safety. Great place

As a person who goes to the gym daily the only challenge was the gym could have had a bench and a rack of free weights . But there was a smart fit 8 mins walk from the property so that was sorted .

Excellent Stay and Location.

The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Service was superb. Excellent location. Close to all restaurants, parks, shops. Very safe. Breakfast buffet was included and excellent. Kitchen in rooms was a huge plus. With full size refrigerators, microwave, stove and oven! Spa and restaurant available.

Kitchen had zero items to cook or eat with, but staff brings at your request. Minor detail.

Over all I was it wasn't to bad once I settled in

Check in time to late has to check my baggage in a secured area got my bags two hats were taken out of .my bag sloppy check out procedure

This is well located.We had a slight problem at the but staff sorted it very quickly . We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to our order . The staff could not be more helpful. All in all a great hotel to stay in .

We have no complaints - enjoyed our stay immensely

The hotel is beautiful. Staff is attentive and helpful. Alejandro helped me with the metro and what places might be open during the holiday. Easy walk to restaurants and nightlife in El Poblado. If you’re planning on taking the metro, it’s probably a 10 minute walk, just talk to the staff if you’re unsure.

Spot of luxury amidst hip restaurants in Medellin

Amazing breakfast, very comfortable and spacious room with a very convenient kitchenette.

The bathroom was rather inconvenient in its design.

Location is good. The service and amenities are poor for this kind of expensive hotel.

The staff pretended to be friendly but did not act on their promises. Their statements were misleading, confusing and contradicting with each other. The kitchen had no utensils. Coffee and water were not replaced every day. We had to continuously ask for these.

The hotel itself was very good. It would be greatly improved if they installed soundproofing from both other rooms and outside.

The car we booked to meet us at the airport did not appear. The position of the hotel did not suit us. The street noise from both traffic and people disturbed me all night, not to mention the ghastly ear damaging noise being blasted from local nightclubs.

Rooms were big, location was central, and had a sense of elegance (though outdated).

Too many prostitutes coming in and out. The location was central, but too many prostitutes outside. Staff didn't seem too friendly or happy.

spacious property. a little outdated but very comfortable and very well located. walking distance from some of the best restaurants and easy access to nightlife in Parque Lleras and Provenza
