Visit the Haven Resort hotel Boracay

The staff were exceptional, friendly and efficient especially the lady who brought me a latte every morning and the girl who made a delicious omelette for me

Staff was ok, not very accommodating. Rooms could have been better, mold everywhere and looks nothing like pictures advertised. Rooms you book, also not as advertised. They charge for every little thing, asked for bedsheets to change the bed myself when we did not get housekeeping that day and they told us it will be an extra charge. Eating at the pool? Extra charge. They also said 2 sets of towels per room? Ridiculous. If there are 4 people in the room, you have to share towels. Do not recommend staying here. I’ve worked at hotels & also stayed at many hotels and this by far has been the worst experience. It’s more of a motel than a resort.

It rained, and the since this hotel is not on the beach and the street is ripped up you had to walk through water halfway up to your knee to get to the beach

excellent service & nice breakfast buffet

excellent service from all members of staff, consistent from the moment we checked in until we’d left. Hydy and the people from reception were brilliant and ever so helpful with our queries and silly requests. Special shoutout to Carlo who helps serve breakfast for accommodating us with our daily eggs/bacon requests as well as the lady at the bar who makes amazing cocktails (ever so kind; we saw her helping other tourists with directions outside of work)! They clean your room everyday and provide beach towels daily.

they had no beach towels left and we had to use bathroom towels.

The staff are friendly and courteous. Walking distance to a beach Bed was comfortable and the room clean Enjoyed the hot showers

Comfort away from home

I like our room. It has another room for the couple with ac, tv, fon...and another bed outsie for the kids with ref, tv, ac. I also like their system of taking your order for the bfast a day ahead with time. So we dont have to wait during bfast. Save us time for other activities. Although i havent met mam abby but i would like to thank her for replying to all my concerns. Distance not that far to beach front. And its not as heavy crowded ....thank you. And god bless to sll the staff...very helpful!

Our door lock got some technical prob on our last day. Good thing we are about to check out.

i love this hotel

im glad that we book this hotel all staff are very accommodating,the breakfast buffet are good,we like our room and we love it!when we came back in boracay im gonna book again this hotel.see you soon again boracay haven!

after lunch we take our nap but how can we relax if some of your staff is noisy i think that was a cleaner when they do make up room.please be respect those who wants to be relax
