Never recommend this place
Only the proximity to the mall makes it appealing to me.
I identify myself as transgender, and I dislike how these security officers treat transgender customers. As we passed by, they were making fun of us (laugh). Several times rather than twice. To the LGBTQ+ community, it is not something I would ever recommend staying there, and even my boyfriend asked me why they were laughing. Cant say anything but.....duhhh The water from the sink was broken in the first room they provided us, and there wasn't much water to flush the toilet. Very upsetting. Not even the air conditioning is working. Opening the window revealed nothing but air-conditioned rooms, which made for an impressive view. They moved us to the second room, which was bigger, but every morning there were these people drilling so loudly that it seemed like we had arrived there at 7 o'clock. And can you tell me why there is no hot shower? Nakakaloka. Should be more friendly and exclusive.

Very unhappy- don’t let the glossy photos fool you!
The staff were friendly…
Dirty drain smell throughout whole bedroom; rats in the kitchen; grey/brown dirty towels; cold water shower; cold food for breakfast; broken lifts; poor aircon

My recommendations to Consumer Reports and to Consumer digest is for Americans to stay at this Hotel
Breakfast was OK. Suggest Breakfast buffet with both Filipino and American dishes. Location was congested but the hotel was located near the mall making it handy to purchase items need while traveling. Staff was kind, considerate and very helpful. Wish to comment the following for there outstanding customer service; Desiree Abella, Kris Ancheta, Carla Mae Martin, Raj Ortal. Raj Ortal was very helpful for he assisted us in obtaining a decent size room and he insured that we had water for the coffee pot, toilet paper, soap, and shampoos to include room maintenance that include clean towels, linen and upkeep of the room. Raj Ortal is great example of customer service he guaranteed that hotel guest are well taken care of and insure our customer needs were satisfied. Raj Ortal customer service is beyond the call for duty and he always insure the needs of the Hotel Customers are take care of, Raj Ortal should be commended for his service to the hotel and its customers.
The hotel restaurant was closed one day to the hotel guests from morning to evening for an outside event. Forcing the hotel guest to eat their meals elsewhere. If the Hotel advertise that it has a restaurant then it must be made available to Hotel guest. Hot showers was spotty until we complained to the front desk and the hot water was then made available daily.

Accessible and central location
They have basic amenities, I was surprised they have slippers unlike the five star hotels we went!
It is very noisy outside and the toilet was a bit smelly. Air conditioner is also poorly working.
