Good

Big room, electic stove, microwave. Clean swimming pool.

Street parking, partially unpaved road. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock and the road to Vihren hut gets blocked at 8, so you either miss breakfast, or walk an extra 5 km. Worst breakfast ever, spoiled milk, everything soaked in oil.

Great place for the value

Perfect service for the value. The breakfast was excellent, some of the food was home made. The pool was warm and clean.

Good value for money

The building and the apartment looked nice. Beautiful interior garden. Very clean and confortable.

The access to the location was a dirt road. It wasn't far from the main road but it was a little bit unconfortable.

Another excellent trip to Bansko

It was great to have breakfast included, south/west facing balcony to enjoy a bit of sunbathing, very spacious apartment

Very overrated hotel

The bed was not a double it was very small and the cleaning were not done appropriately,food was terrible,heavy smell and the food was terrible,there was 2 choices of food or smth.

Very good value for money for a girls ski trip, since you’re not spending most of the day there anyway it’s perfect for

Great location, great daily transfer service to get to the gondola for skiing!

We had a weird smell in the bathroom from the pipes, but out of the multiple rooms that was only 1.

The space was very good for 5 persons the view was wonderful ,hotel is near the center and the lift.

The room was reasonably spacious with comfortable beds and a nice garden view. There is a nice pool and a great sauna in the hotel.

The kitchenette in the apartment was not equipped very well, the buffet breakfast was a bit too basic.

Very pleasant and well kept hotel close to the forest.

Nice hotel, in a bit remote location but close to the forest. The apartment was spacious and with tall ceilings, with a kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel territory is well kept and beautiful, with a small playground on the premises. We enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast could be improved, it's quite basic, and the coffee from the coffee machine was particularly disappointing. There's an option to order coffee at the bar for an additional fee, and it tastes better.

Coffee at breakfast, toaster in the restaurant wasn't working properly.

1/2 of the relax zone doesn’t work. There is only pool and sauna. The water in the pool is too cold. We got I’ll of it.

Nice view. The room was nice, It has a small kitchen.

It was difficult to comunicate with The staff from The restaurant as they had zero knowledge în english. Also, the restaurant had only two meals we could choose for dinner, a salad and a main corse. Also, the breakfast was very poor.

It's a big hotel with a nice garden. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and it was perfect for 3 adults and 1 child. The pool and spa were great. The staff was OK and friendly.

The hotel is located a little far from gondola and center. We were there in extra ski season, so we don't know exactly, but they probably have gondola transportation. The breakfast is not so varied.

The apartment was generous in size. It was clean and very quiet. It advertised as being ski in/out but it is not. But there was a complimentary shuttle service back and forwards to the gondola which was efficient and reliable. The gondola is about 3/4 mile from the apartment - about a 10 min walk. The apartment is location is quiet and peaceful but is a short 5 min walk to the main streets where there is a great selection of restaurants, street food and supermarkets. The staff in the apartment complex are very helpful and friendly. You can get very cheap ski hire at the apartment complex. The food at the apartment complex was good and was good value.
