Good location but that didn’t help the state of the facility

Bed was comfortable. Air con in the room

Bathrooms were filthy. Showers didn’t have any shower curtains for a time. Just very run down and not looked after

Disappointing. I booked 5 nights but only stayed one night. And it was non-refundable.

Front desk is helpful. The matress is comfortable.

It's dirty in the room and the kitchen and the activity area.

Overall clean and comfortable.

Clear rules of use, good attitude on the part of the counter staff.

The kitchen has a lot of stacked dishes and dishes that are used.

very Central

kitchen was absolutely disgusting and dirty. people were not cleaning after themselves. Food scraps in kitchen sink. Bedroom and bathroom were clean.

I love it the most. Hopefully the fee will be down soon

Location is the best and its bunk is a lot strong than other backpackers so I didn't get stressed from the bed squeaking unlike other backpackers.

Like other backpackers, it's kind of not easy to get used to using its kitchen & fridges(But still much better than other backpackers)

I would recommend this place for money-concious people like me. I would definitely return.

The location was great. The Kangaroo Inn is on the high street of Perth and therefore very close to a supermarket, restaurants, shops, a metro station and the train station and the harbour where the ferries to Rottnest were leaving from. The price for my single room was also good for being in Perth. Loved the aircon and the tv. The women‘s bathroom was always clean. I always got a good night‘s sleep.

The smell when I entered the second floor for the first time, but later I didn‘t notice it anymore. The kitchen was not so nice, but it was ok.

Brilliant location. Room was good.

One toilet was leaking all over the floor and the other always had a dirty floor. One shower was always a mess. THe other was okay.

The best hostel in perth

We love this hostel, is amazing for the price! It is clean, good location and organised. The rooms are incredible with space for the luggage and a big comfortable doble bed. The kitchen and the bath are really tidy. In reception the help you to schelude your days if your swings change so it is perfect. I highly recommend it!!

Could be better but good enough for a night

Personal Lockers in the rooms, security & safety with the coded doors at the reception and the card for the room doors, spacious common area downstairs, even if it was a bit old and gloomy, luggage storage facility And private charging plug near the bed!

VERY small room with barely no space to put your stuff around, not so clean bathrooms, super messy and dirty kitchens with broken facilities or very limited, no dishes, no space, and not enough organisation..
