Lovely apartment for a quiet stay in Baunei.

The flat is located close to the center but not on the main street, making it a quiet place. It was comfortable and it had everything we need.

Noisy neighbors (the flat is quite close to the neighboring flats). Old washing machine, it was not that easy to start and was taking forever. The flat was quite humid (smelled like humidity), with limited ventilation.

lovely, charming, stunning views from the roof top terrace. there is everything you need - from hair dryer to cosy duvets for chilly nights. we absolutely loved it and our host Graziella gave us a very warm welcome. thank you!

Very good

Very friendly owner and great location in a small village called Baunei. Directly next to a good restaurant called Cafe Baunei Centro. We enjoyed our time there! It has aircon and a kitchen and a great shower with renovated bathrooms.

The house is quite old of course as described, including the floors, so we could hear everything that was said in the 2nd story from the ground floor.

A nice apartment in the middle of Baunei

Our apartment had 3 floors. In the basement was the kitchen with living room and on 1st and 2nd floor were bedrooms with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor was a little terrace as well. The bedrooms are equipped with A/C. We (family with 2 kids) had a great stay and Graziella was very helpful with recommendations and support.

Nice but zero comfort

The apartment was clean and the house very nice and traditional. It's located in a very good location in Baunei, next to amazing beaches. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful.

Zero comfort. There were no hangers, they only exchange towels once a week and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms have no air, since the windows are tiny. The balcony was tiny as well. If you stay for 1 or max. 2 nights, that should not be a problem. But for a longer stay we would not choose this apartment anymore.

Nice village, original spirit - however we did not sleep well

The host was super nice and gentle and even offered us a bottle of wine at our arrival. THe contact was very easy and the lady was super flexible with regards of our arrival time. The house is a very typical stone building and really gives you the spirit of the small mountain village.

Unfortunately the appartment was way more "rustic" than we got from the pictures. The pics look kind of fancy - and though the place was nice in its way- I feel that the pics provided online do not totally reflect the place. But this just as an information, not as a negative comment. Another small sidenote: the bathroom is really small. The negative points: The bed room was on the second floor (this was also clear before)... However the small stairs where a bit difficult/dangerous to climb down at night when going to the bathroom. The big negative point for me (and my husband as well) was the bed, the mattress which was one of these "particular" ones. I would rather call it a blank bed, because its really hard and unconfortable.

Lovely smiling welcome from Graziella, nice little welcome pack on arrival with the essentials like milk, juice and of course wine, was very much appreciated. The location and facilities were excellent, very nicely decorated. Love the fact there was aircon in each room, really helped when it got hot. Plenty of essentials for cooking, herbs spices, cookware etc

Only thing was the bed wasnt the most comfortable, but everything else was excellent.
