I definitely recommend booking one of the ‘Il Borgo’ apartments.

Our apartment was smaller but had everything we needed as a group of 5 friends. The AC was available in both of the bedrooms and the living room. Besides that, we really enjoyed the big terrace and garden. Everything essential (beach, grocery store, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) was a short walk away. A couple of really nice beaches (Porto Taverna, Lu Impostu, La Cinta) are also a 15-25 minutes drive from the apartment. There is free parking available, which has plenty of space - you only need to move your car on Thursdays because the local market takes place there (don’t worry - there are still plenty of options to park your car near the apartment :)). Paola, our hostess, was also very kind and welcoming. We didn’t find the apartment right away so she came to us in 5 minutes to show us the way to the apartment :). The AC was already on when we arrived, and there was some water waiting in the fridge for us. Paola showed us everything important around the apartment and recommended some places to visit. Those small gestures, overall kindness and availability of the host made our stay even better.

Stunning setting

Set in the most idyllic location- possible to walk to everything. Like going back in time. Tasting delicious ice cream minutes from our door, quiet large pool, stunning views from large private garden over Isola Tavalora. Incredible restaurant at the Port. Paulo met us at 11.40 pm! Still a smile and helpful despite such a delay in getting there.

Quite limited kitchen supplies but Paulo instantly helped out. She even lent us a travel plug which I’m embarrassed to say to took by mistake. We’ll return to give it back!

The staff is amazing. Paola welcome us and was available the whole trip for questions. Location is great, close to restaurants and small center.

Lack of wi-fi in the apartment ( you need to walk - a lot - to the main building- to get it). Really down point for long stays.

Location, owner was really lovely and helpful. Organised an iron for us and pick up from airport. Also had pool access

Lacked basic necessities such as extra for bed sheets which had stains. Also had to buy your own shampoo, soap, washing liquid, salt pepper. Also really loud as situated behind a club

Loud music playing from a bar just 50 meters away from 9 to about 2 in the morning. We were not able to use one sleeping room at all.

Apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped, and the balcony and swimming pool a great bonus.

Paula met us personally at the property at 10pm after our flight was delayed by 2 hours. She was friendly and welcoming, and arranged for the paperwork etc to be completed the following day at our convenience.

There was some noise during the evening and into the early hours of the night from a nearby bar, but we were able to close the double-glazed windows and use the air conditioning to reduce the nuisance.

First and foremost, Paola is an extremely good and helpful host. She always replied within minutes and helped us no matter what the time was. The property itself is quite well located and offers a home-like experience.

The property doesn’t have a wi-fi, which is an inconvenience.

Needs internet but great host

Location, very quiet and nice clean area. Very relaxing and the host is very helpful and knowledgeable.

No internet. You have to walk to the main office. Need basic necessities we had to go buy hand soap more toilet paper. Also you have to rent the towels and bed sheets which is very odd.

All in all, positive experience.

The appartement was clean and comfortable, very well equipped (tv, wasching machine, microwave, fully equiped kichen).Paola, the host, was amazing, very helpful and friendly. She recommended us restaurants and surroundings.

I did not like the pillows, they should be more soft. Also, i suggest the appartement to haVe basic supplies like salt, pepper, oil&vinegar. Also, i suggest a hairdryer.

Lovely apartments!

First of all, big thanks to Paola and Pamela! They made everything to make our vacation comfortable and nice. They satisfied absolutely all our requests. As for rooms, we realy enjoyed the apartments, it created with a good taste with care about your needs. Everything is close to the apartments: sea, shops, bus stops, markets... The territory is big, green, clean and it was good for me as I could walk with my baby inside of it while she was falling asleep)

The only things that I realy wanted to add: soap dish and toothbrush holder) and to change the shelf in a shower stall.
