Un po’ di pace

Relais Filonardi si e’ rivelato un posto accogliente e tranquillo , molto vicino al grazioso centro di Veroli. Staff gentile e premuroso anche con il nostro cagnolino

Forse sarebbe da rinfrescare un po’ in alcuni punti e sarebbe da rendere la la colazione più varia . Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità’ prezzo

a very interesting overnight stay on our journey down the west side of Italy

excellent staff, they were extremely helpful,historic building with lots of character in a fascinating hill top town

very narrow streets difficult to negotiate, quite a challenge to park

Very good location and staff at reception was welcoming and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English.

Rooms are not so comfortable and need to be refurbished soon. Temperature in the room was too low for comfortable sleep.

Friendly and helpful staff in the centre of town.

The staff members were outstanding - all were professional and helpful. Tried to go out of their way in particular the young man on Saturday night and Sunday morning. The room was basic but very clean. We had a very quiet room as we requested but it seemed like the whole hotel was quiet. It was in the middle of the city but it was still quiet. We found free parking around the corner from the hotel. There is also a small grocery store that you can walk to. They had homemade cakes - 4 different options - sorry you can only see two from my photos. While there were no hot food options there were plenty of cold options to choose from We enjoyed two freshly made coffees Could walk to dinner There was a local pizza shop that made very good pizza next to the tourist office. Most other restaurants opened at 8pm when we were there. So we decided to have pizza as that is a little too late for us.

We definitely come back to this place!

Thanks to all the staff for this day and night. Big and nice room. Big bed! Tidy bathroom. The tastiest breakfast on our vacation. Beautiful town on the hill. You live almost in a castle!

wouldn’t stay next time

great receptionist, helped with the parking. This young guy was the only nice thing we have seen in this hotel

horrible shower room with shower water leaking through the glass doors. Flushing toilet can make dead to wake up. No air conditioning, though it said the rooms are air conditioned. No Wi-Fi. I wish the owner invests a little into the property.

Hotel Relais Filonardi is without a doubt top ! The receptionist Ludavica in particular stands head and shoulders above everything else. Through her high level of social functioning, she promotes all that the hotel Relais Filonardi has to offer. The rooms are friendly and tidy . The wishes of the guest with regard to the time of breakfast are taken into account. Hotel Relais Filonardi highly recommended!

Wonderful staff and excellent value

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Booked for one night with the intention of staying elsewhere the following but stayed for three nights instead. Very affordable, comfortable and brilliant value for money. The offering is much better than expected for the price paid.

Find it (!) and then enjoy yourself

The view from hotel is incredible. In general you consider yourself as a person living in the castle in middle ages in this place.

Although it's really hard to specify the place accordingly, it was incredibly hard to find the property. Some marking on the square would be nice. Also a ceremony connected to a breakfast is expected to be nice, but is more sheepish.

Reviews about the hotel

The small town atmosphere was good, but the hotel is not recommended.

We arrived at the hotel and were amazed at the parking lot. Smaller vehicles are not allowed to enter. Even though it was not holiday season, there was no parking space. And even though there were no guests due to Corona, the view from the room was a mess. I booked a hotel referring to the photos on Booking.com, but the view in the opposite direction was too bad. I wanted to stay in another hotel.
