Perfect location and very responsive host

Perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach and short distance to the Main Street in the New town and the Old town itself. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Wi-Fi was great and sufficient to join work calls. Apartment was well equipped as described. We had requested air freshener due to a smell from the bathroom canal and extra tp, and our host Alexander was very kind to provide. Alexander, a big Thank You again for responding to my message at midnight about the keys from my home that I had forgotten and shipping them to me the next day! Really appreciate your support and prompt responses!

There was a bad smell from the bathroom’s canal, but host provided air freshener as soon as we requested. Putting the lid on the canal helped a lot too.

A good money value location in Nesebar.

The location is to beach and close to old town. Parking is not a problem in the area. Kids park front of building.

Terrible (stinky, dirty, unsafe,..)

The location was good but that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend.

There were bugs in de bathroom, they were coming from the drain, which stank. it smelled terrible in the whole appartement. Even when we opened the window for the day, the smell didn’t go away. We didn’t know what it was and it didn’t go away. I can promise you, it stank. The towels didn’t smell good. The pools were EMPTY. Which is a total scam bcs they say “view on pools”. The airconditioning was leaking direct to a power point, which is unsafe. There were no blankets for colder weather. It was cold at night and we couldn’t do anything about it. There was a lot of noise at night. People were slamming the door at 2am. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I thought this would be a good stay because of all the good reviews. But it definitely wasn’t. I would never go here again in my life.

The location was great and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and nice. We had everything we needed in the studio and the beach was 5 min walk.

Wonderful stay

The best accommodation and the most pleasant hosts we have ever had in Nesebar. The apartment was big enough, clean, cozy, with a balcony, a lovely sea view and a fully equiped kitchenette (you must bring nothing to cook). The owners Yuliya and her husband are extremely nice and helpful and there wasn't a certain thing they didn't take care of. The beach and all the important sightseeings are just in a 2 min walking distance, so that the main street with all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Bridge to the old Town is 1 min away. I am strongly recommending them to everyone, who would like to enjoy a holiday in Nesebar. We are looking forward to see u next year ! :)

Good apartment close to everything

The apartment had everything necessary for our stay. It was also very close to the beach, the center of the new town, as well as to the historical bridge and the old town. The owners were very kind and always ready to help. I recommend the place.

Perfect place with great location

The appartment is perfect place to stay and have a nice vacation. It is close to the beach, the new and the old city. The furniture is very comfortable, the appartment is quiet with sea view. The hosts are very punctual and always ready to help. We called them to help us start the washing machine and they came in 10 minutes. We very much recommend the appartment :) Thank you Julia and Alexander!

Everything was perfect! We definitely would love to come back!

The perfect location that is in the center of the town of Nessebar, with a pharmacy, bank, and a grocery store downstairs. Big studio apartment with a nice balcony and Seaview, plus 5 minutes walking from the beach. The exceptional cleanliness and comfort of the apartment was a big pleasure. The owners of the property are very nice, polite, respectful and friendly. They were ready to help, assist and answer any questions we had as it was our first time visiting Bulgaria.
