Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise völlig okay.

Zentrale Lage, Nähe zum Parkhaus Saint Denis (50 m). Das Frühstück ist nicht ganz billig (22 €) aber sehr vielfältig und in einem imposanten Raum, der früher eine Industrie-Halle war. Nicht zu vergessen das viele Obst und der Champagner inclusive…

Wir hatten über booking.com eigentlich eine andere zum Hotel gehörende Ferienwohnung gebucht. Diese war ganz oben unter dem Dach mit einer schmalen Stiege zum zweiten, offenen Schlafraum, jedoch auch okay. Im Sommer ist es dort sicherlich sehr heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Einiges gut bis sehr gut, anderes her nicht schön;

Lage ist zentral; Parkhaus in der Nähe; das Frühstück war sehr gut, tolle Auswahl, frisch gepresster O-Saft; sehr freundlich, frisches Rührei;

Der Fahrstuhl war beängstigend, Mini für zwei Personen, 4 Stock, keine Treppe; mega eng; da mochten wir kaum einsteigen; sehr schwierig; Glutenfreies Brot hätte ich gebraucht, habe es selbst mitgebracht; ansonsten für Zölis gute Auswahl und sauber;

Gorgeous hotel once the building works are completed across the road

Very clean, lovely staff, very central and impressive bar and restaurant area

Our room was on the first floor adjacent to building works which were across the footpath. At 6 am a heavy duty cherry picker started up and a lorry was loaded meters from our window. The vibrations were felt through the pillow and it was extremely loud with the engines running constantly till 9am when we left the room. Upon speaking to staff when they asked "How was your stay" I explained about the problem to which they were sincerely apologetic and explained it had been happening all the time, that they have spoken to the building site and that 6 am was completely unacceptable. Whilst I understand these things can happen, the staff informed me that that this had been happening for quite some time (its a large project). Then a warning on the website when booking should appear, also the hotel was far from full and there were rooms on the other side of the hotel that could have been given to us (even if it wasn't a twin room) the room we were in should have been a last resort to be booked out. I asked for a refund on my room but this was refused nor even the offer of a complimentary breakfast to make up for the issue. We only stayed 1 night and the only point of the room was to get a decent night sleep but we had the opposite.

Prima hotel zowel voor een citytrip als voor een zakelijk bedrijf.

Locatie midden in het centrum met veel goede restaurants en leuke café's. En vlakbij het stadhuis waar ik een congres bijwoonde.

Het was jammer dat tegenover het hotel ingrijpende werkzaamheden plaatsvonden die veel herrie produceerde.

Sehr schönes, eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und großzügiger Dusche. Auch das frühstück ließ keine Wünsche hoffen. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher im Innenhof abstellen.

Leuk voor bezoek aan de kerstmarkt.

Goede locatie om de stad te verkennen. In dit geval ook dichtbij de kerstmarkt op de Place Saint-Lambert.

Spijtig minpuntje, maar een detail. Thee bij ontbijt werd lauw geserveerd.

Ontbijt super, vooral dat ze een gebakken ei op de plek zelf maken. Heel aardig

Restaurant en bar waren dicht. Dit was bij het boeken niet vermeld. Dit is wel noodzakelijk, als we dat geweten hadden, hadden we een ander hotel geboekt.

aangenaam verblijf, centraal gelegen, ideaal om de stad te verkennen.

Zeer ruime en nette kamer, zeer ruime badkamer, toilet apart, prima bedden, ligging pal in het centrum, parking kortbij. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal.

Enkele details: een paar handdoekhouders en/of kapstokken voor bv lange mantels zouden welkom zijn.

Une catastrophe, personnel inefficace et désagréable

Expérience catastrophique, aucun chauffage ni eau chaude dans notre logement tandis qu'il faisait -2° à l'extérieur. Nous avons dormi congelé. Ayant appelé plusieurs fois la réception, aucune solution ou changement de chambre ne nous a été donnés. La seule solution a été donnée à 7h30 lorsqu'elle j'ai de nouveau appelé la réception, qui a ce moment m'annonce que le technicien ne peut rien faire à distance. Il doit venir dans le chambre et nous propose de changer d'appartement. Situation inacceptable et lunéaire. L'objectif lors de la réservation du chambre c'est de bénéficier du minimum de la chaleur et de l'eau chaude. Je souhaite être remboursé de tout mon séjour et des frais de séjour.

Perfect for a short stay in a lovley city.

Very nice hotel with a large appartement a block away that half of my family stayed in. Kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast and perfectly located. Good value for the rate.

There was no aircondition in the apartement.

The whole family has a very pleasant stay!

A bit hard to find the hotel at first but after calling the reception desk we were waved in. The woman in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in the city centre and it was close to restaurants and bars. Liege is perhaps not the prettiest town we’ve seen, but for us who stayed over one night (in transit to France) it was the perfect stop! The rooms were very nice, fresh and modern. The beds at the hotel were very comfortable, the rooms modern with a large and luxurious shower. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with freshly baked bread and freshly pressed orange juice. We would definitely come back!

There should be a bigger sign outside the hotel so it’s easier to find. I also think the reception could be refurbished so it looks just as nice and modern as the rooms :)

Good bed. Quiet. Nice bathtub. Easy bike storage.Modern kitchen in apartment annex. Next to shopping center and restaurants.

No coffee or tea supplied. Stairs were steep in apt. annex.
