Lovely little find

Lovely staff and pool side bar

The only negative was people putting towels on beds hours before they actually used them but in the end the hotel did stop it.

disappointing

very disappointed with this stay as normally always good . we stayed in apartment 126 and the kitchen/ dining area had constant ants that were in everything . No sun on the small terrace at all which was useless . people were very territorial with the sun loungers directly infront of the terrace steps , they would put their towels down first thing and barely use them the whole day . A large foreign family with children were very noisy in and around the pool . shouting, screaming and they were running about wild with zero care for others trying to relax. The shower cubicle In the bathroom is so old and very discoloured . The bedroom plug in fan did not work.

The worst experience, would never suggest this hotel to anybody

The location is good, but all the rest is not good

Staying in this hotel was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had during the vacation. We stayed one week, because we couldn t cancel, otherwise we have been chosen to change the hotel. So bad energy around there, couldn’t sleep at all. For me, the photos on the website don’t match the reality at all, the management is saying that they do...well, I will add photos for you to see the difference. For us this hotel was the worst part of our vacation. The first night they put us to the room with no windows in the bedroom, it was old, dark and spooky. Check out was at 10 o’clock, but at 9.45 the cleaning team is already standing behind the door. I would not suggest this hotel to anybody.

The location is a little bit high and walking from beach is not ideal for elderly, but taxi is cheap

I liked that pool was heated, however, some days it was rather cold,but some warmer. I liked that there are shops close by, it is quiet at night outside,good to have some cafe bar in area. Staff was very nice 👌

Unfortunately cleaning is very poor, we stayed almost 4 weeks and they never cleaned properly. Also there is no soundproof, u hear the neighbours. Also furniture in the room is old and makes big noise every time u open drawer or closet.

shopping close by

the walk back to the property you need a car or taxi. The pool could have been warmer and to many stairs. Towels on sun beds not enforced. same people grabbing sun beds early each day with towels then leaving for hours.

alwsys a pleasure to stay here . The manager is very friendly and always gives a warm welcome when we return .

very clean apartment, fantastic large private roof terrace with panoramic views , nice sized balcony with table and chairs to relax and eat , The apartment had a bath which was helpful for bathing our children

the plug in hairdryer could do with being upgraded to a standard sized one .

Pool and the garden was very good Terrace and the topfloor excellent

The beds were very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in them. Kitchen was ill equipped,, pans not so good for making dinner.

swimming pool and bar were very good. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful

my wife and I thought the beds were too hard and better mattresses would help. The lighting in the lounge could be better especially in the food preparation area.

Fab stay at club tenerife. Beya is fantastic will help with anything you need, pool bar serves great food for great prices. Rooms are clean and cleaned regularly good location to bars and supermarket. Will be staying again.

They do room clean every 5 days,, and no Air Con only a fan that's 10 years old. You can hear every car pass at night.

apart from my son being sick for 2 days we had a wonderful time everyone that worked there were very helpful

quiet and clean

did not have any instructions on how to use the electric job . my son was sick while there could not find mop or bucket it was on the balcony but no sign on the door, that would have been helpful.

Great location and the pool area is nice and quiet. The staff is super lovely.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable and one of the rooms had some electrical issues but the staff did everything that they could to help.

Excellent family vacation

Excellent location , lots of restaurants and close to attractions , the facilities were so clean and the pool bar was lovely too . Our apartment was perfect for our family size and was very spacious, we would definitely return.
