Hotel muy agradable, bien ubicado, personal atento y eficiente.

El trato del personal, recepcionistas muy amables, ambientación. Ubicación. Desayuno correcto.

Me gusto todo!, la único que plantearía para tener en cuenta, fue que a la noche se me cayo un aro y al meter la mano debajo del somier, era muchísimo el polvo, pelos, pelusas y demás.

Great stay!

Staff was very helpful and made breakfast available early for us as we had to leave very early. Rooftop area was nice for a sunset drink. Location was great, free parking. Good value for this location.

Hotel agradable en una muy buena ubicación

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pocos metros de la calle 20 y una cuadra de Gorlero. Las habitaciones hacia la calle tienen una terraza con muy lindas vistas hacia el mar, se ve la isla Gorriti y los cerros de Maldonado. La decoración del hotel en general, y las habitaciones también, es moderna. Para estadías en ciudades como Punta del Este cualquier turista esperaría dimensiones un poco más grandes que las de la habitación que nos tocó.

Ya se sabe que Uruguay es un país caro, por lo tanto, es muy probable que en otras ciudades se encuentren hoteles con una mejor relación calidad-precio.

Acomodação bem mediana, cara pelo que oferece.

Localização excelente, na península, perto de tudo. Banheiro bom, chuveiro gostoso.

Quarto pequeno, apertado, cortinas em mal estado, corredor apertado, elevador extremamente lento. Café da manhã bem simples. Achei o custo alto para o que oferece.

La ubicación centrica

No había agua caliente para bañarse. La habitación era muy chica. El desayuno era pobre.

Localização excelente com estacionamento gratuito.

Localização excelente para quem quer ficar na península. Quarto, cama e banho muito bons. Possui estacionamento gratuito.

Café da manhã bem simples, deixou a desejar. Apesar de termos achado bem limpo, numa noite achamos uma barata no quarto.

The location is great, it was clean and tidy

The photos don’t really represent the reality. The terrace was closed for maintenance, and nowhere was it even announced that it’s the case. The terrace is basically the USP of the place, it’s in the main photo of the hotel, and was the main reason we booked the stay there.

I recently stayed at the 20 Hotel, and it was a good experience from start to finish. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was beautifully and comfort. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
