Hotel estupendo

Hotel acogedor y con personal muy amable. Habitación amplia y limpia. Desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno y con una fuente de chocolate. Cerca del metro tranvía, autobús y trolebús y del famoso Café de New York. Pequeño supermercado también cerca. Cuenta con zona de spa en la azotea con jacuzzi incluido en el precio. El personal te informa de todo lo que necesites con una sonrisa.

Por ponerle un pero,veo aire acondicionado. Se conecta y desconecta de forma automática y hace un poco de ruido.

Great breakfast, big and clean room. Staff was very helpful. The kids loved the playstation in the lobby 😄

Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön und unser Zimmer war auch geräumig mit viel Platz. Das Frühstück war zudem auch noch lecker. Hotelpersonal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen!

Die Tiefgarage war etwas schwierig, da die Einfahrt sehr klein ist.

We enjoyed it!

The location was quiet, and 15 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants, though it is a bit of a walk to the main sights and the river. Breakfast was good, we especially liked the chocolate fountain, but could be improved by having more hot choices, and proper boiling water for tea. The lady on reception was super helpful. The room was really spacious. The water fountain in the lobby was great, as was the lemonade, but should be highlighted as we didn’t realise they were there!

The fire alarm went off three times on our first night (due to some sort of fault) so a very disturbed sleep. The shower didn’t drain very well and the hair dryer was a bit rubbish.

Super für einen Städtetrip

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, es war sauber und das Personal nett. Die Terrasse im Hinterhof war super! Es war komfortabel und für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend! Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die Lautstärke im Flur vom Personal. Wir hätten gerne länger geschlafen aber das Hotel war recht hellhörig. Der Fitnessraum war winzig. Von daher war an trainieren nicht zu denken.

Mükemmeldi

Otel çok güzeldi. Konumu gayet merkezi ve güzeldi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakındı. Her şeyiyle çok güzel bir oteldi. Eşimin doğum gününü de kutladıkları için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kendimizi özel hissettik.

2 tek yatak verilmişti. Bir büyük çift kişilik istemiştik ama sorun yok.

Un soggiorno perfetto

Tutto perfetto. Inoltre ero lì con amici ed era il compleanno di uno di loro. Abbiamo avuto la graditissima sorpresa degli auguri con tanto di musica e candeline durante la colazione. Davvero un pensiero bellissimo!!

Kedves személyzet, állatbarát szálloda, a közelben lévő kutyafuttató és nem utolsó sorban a Pesti Magyar Színház közelsége (kb.200m).

Vikend odmor u veljači

Cijelo osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i spremno pomoći. Hotel je blizu grada. Vikendom (sub/ned) je parking besplatan u gradu.

Fantástica experiencia en Budapest

El hotel es 10 puntos en todo sentido. Limpio y confortable, bien ubicado, personal extremadamente servicial. Estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades (nos arreglaron traslados, excursiones, reservas en restaurantes...hasta recibimos una pequeña atención porque era nuestro aniversario!). El spa es maravilloso. El desayuno bien completo. Volveré, sin dudarlo, y recomiendo este alojamiento a todos los viajeros.

PERFEKT :)

wir wurden schon beim Einchecken sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde uns ein Stadtplan gegeben und ein bisschen was erklärt - sehr hilfreich :) das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist stimmig, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar, Größe, Ausstattung, Design, einfach perfekt. Und so wie das ganze Hotel, sehr sehr sauber!! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist für jeden was dabei. Es ist auch immer genug von allem da. Wir waren begeistert :) 5 Sterne auch für das Personal! Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt hier einfach PERFEKT!!

Perfect in every way! Will be returning soon!

Breakfast has an excellent choice of hot/cold items to choose from, including a chocolate fountain and prosecco... The room was quite spacious and very clean... The hotel staff are very friendly, informative, and helpful.

Lovely hotel...great staff

Lovely hotel with great staff. Gluten free breakfast catered for extremely well.

Booked a taxi through the hotel to go to airport was told it would cost at the most €30 and card payment was fine. When we arrived the driver refused card and charged €40. Not the best ending to an otherwise great trip.

10/10 highly recommend

The location was great, not too busy, but not far from activity. The breakfast was AMAZING. Staff was so helpful and accommodating in every way. The rooftop hottub was a perfect way to end a day of walking!

The beds were comfortable, but quite hot.

ウェルカムドリンクがあり、朝食も種類が豊富で皆おいしかった。紹介してもらったフォラグラがおいしいレストランも値段はちょっと高かったが味、雰囲気ともに素晴らしかった。

トラムやバスの駅から少々遠く荷物を持っての移動は少々大変だった。

All round great experience

Reception was open plan, staff friendly and offered us complementary coffee as we arrived well before check in time. They were happy to look after our bags while we went exploring and were very helpful with maps and advice.

Lovely place to stay, very easy access. Reasonable price and excellent staff. I would book again!

The staff on reception were excellent. I was caught in the air traffic controller problem and had to stay an extra night in Budapest. In the turmoil I booked the wrong night and turned up a day early! However, the hotel staff were excellent and changed the booking even keeping the very reasonable price. The room was lovely, spotless and had a small kitchen attached. Comfortable beds and quiet.

Meeting all expectations.

Amazing staff,kind and very helpful. The lady at the breakfast helped so my baby can have allergen free breakfast. They baked pastries and preapared breakfast separate😊. The room had everything we needed and very clean. Thank you!!! Would definatelly go again!!!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff

Bo33 was was nice - modern and clean. The room was large, clean, and had a door that opened to a mini-balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and was also clean, modern, and nice. The breakfast was very good with fresh fish, meats, cheeses, eggs, and fresh fruits and vegetables. They had a chocolate fountain, which was neat, and a coffee station with all the fancy machine coffees but also drip coffee, which was very tasty. There were limited lactose free options (no lactose free cheese, yogurt, or butter/margarine), but they had coconut milk as an alternative, when you asked for it. They had a nice coconut milk dessert, which we really liked. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept refilling food until the very last minute. The entire hotel staff was very nice. The hotel had lemonade and pastries available all the time for free in the lobby. They also had an area to buy drinks and chips (etc.), which was convenient. They offered one complementary sparkling wine or coffee to their guests, which we enjoyed at the end of our stay. There are restaurants about a ten minute walk away.

Check out was at 11:00, an hour earlier than most hotels, which was unexpected, but we were able to get an extension to 12:00 without charge. The hotel is not close to public transportation or immediately close to restaurants or grocery stores.

The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The room is spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom.

The extra bed was really unsuitable for a 17yo boy. Since there is a sauna and a spa in the hotel, I was expecting slippers and a robe in the wardrobe.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay

Very comfortable, great breakfast buffet ! I was asked to be met by a taxi at the airport which they kindly arranged.
