최악에숙소 아파트묶으실꺼면 여기는 비추 같은 리조트 조식포함해도 더싸요 마지막날 조식먹고들어와서 아내랑 저랑 하우스 키퍼한테 지갑털리고 보증금은 취소했다는대 결제했고 한달지나서야 환불받았네요 취소를 8/30일날했다는대 9/23일 취소했네여 최악입니다 여기는걸르세요

If you like insect bites, this is the place for you

If you like to share a place with cockroaches and other assorted critters, this is the place for you. The description and photos are very different from reality. We arrived at 18:00. The hotline was not answered, only found the place with luck. The ‘reception’ was a rickety table in an apartment. Not an inviting arrival at a “resort”. The photos give the impression of small villas or similar while actually the apartment (advertised as ground floor) was on the 5th floor of a 10 story building, next to a busy road. One can easily hear your neighbors conversations. The apartments are moldy smelling, the toilets sometimes worse with visible damage due to humidity. The restaurant does not have the “ayurvedic’ menu advertised. There are nearly no vegetarian choices – in a “Zen” resort. The morning meditation did not exist Some of the facilities like the spacious library do not exist or are closed The bar is deserted, not sure if evening drinks are served. Breakfast is overpriced, but as the ‘resort’ is in the middle of nowhere, you have no other choice. The espresso machine is out of use and the ‘juices’ are more like sugary water. Transportation service means a taxi is called. Billing the restaurant bills or spa bills to the room not possible. Everything requires cash or credit card payment. We had a giant cockroach in our bedroom. Reaction was not a “sorry”, “we will clean up immediately” or offering a different room. There was only the question “where” it was. Biting insects in our bed. The staff’s reaction was only to point out that insects are normal. The windows had no mosquito screens. On departure staff came to our apartment to count the items. One beach towel and one plastic key card were missing and they wanted to charge for that (+13US$ for a broken ceramic plate, 4 US$ for a key card). There is no professional hotel management. It seems that the management of a gated community decided to rent out a few empty rooms. The most disappointing holidays of our life

In this hotel we can feel peaceful and relaxed. We enjoyed the time here so much.

All staff are so nice. The location is not closed to downtown, and that’s what we want. We went to the private beach, it was really beautiful.

It is far away from market, tourist spots. But this is also why we enjoyed the stay, very quiet and calm.

Dissapointing location

The staff was helpful and quick to help our requests (extra blanket, borrowed cash to pay a taxi), though for some reason they wouldn’t help posting some postcards on our departure.

The WiFi was slow and on a particular day didn’t work. The pictures are a bit misleading, it’s not a beachfront location. The apartments are on a building in a huge complex with access to the beach, however this building is right at the entrance near the road. The beach is not far, but if you are expecting beach view, this is not the place. On the other hand the beach is not well maintained and quite dirty. This is not to blame on the property, unfortunately the whole strip of beach around is like that.

Lovely staff! Great aesthetic. Beautiful Japanese inspired home for a vacation.

The staff here was exceptional, they met all of our requests. Great facilities and amenities. perfect for vacation and relaxing.

Probably just the location but it wasn’t too expensive taking a cab around places.

Beautiful refuge from the city.

Nice surroundings, very friendly staff, easy access to the beach. Big airy rooms, good food, and comfortable beds. Beautiful swimming pools.

It's a little far from anything else, so you're a bit marooned, but it's perfect if you want to leave the urban sprawl of Da Nang behind.

Not really an experiencing but a stay

The beach is not too far and quite beautiful.

The staff are friendly but the number of staff is limited. We expect to stay in a resort area with ready services however it was like a staying in an apartment. The area named Ocean outsite not Mangala Zen Garden and it was quite confused when we first came. The restaurant did not open all time and only served limited food during breakfast hours. The area was situated together with permanent/long term residents area, there were people taking dogs around the basement. In general we feel like what we received is just an equipped room, we did not feel like we received additional services that make a leisure experience. Next time if we come back we would prefer booking in another places/hotels/resorts nearby.

A room picture different. Breakfast is Vegetarian and few kind food. but Vegetarian restaurant we not get a information before stay. Another restaurant also don't have beef and pork menu also . Our room can't use Security box and can't call reception. They don't want to room service.

very quiet location in a clean and neat gated community

The pools were great and the property was very well kept. The proximity to the pristine uncrowded beach was appreciated.

The location was isolated from any food choices for lunch and dinner. We didn’t realise that the accommodation was in a gated community so we were not prepared for the lack of ability to get food nearby. All forms of restaurant in the community area were still closed and only opened for the public the day we left.

Overall, we were happy with our stay, great memories building with family for a good price ($650 for 5 days, 4 nights -

The apartment has a lean and calm design. Washing machine and kitchenwares are included. Everything is quite spacious (we have a two-bedroom apartment for 2 adults, a family trip) and clean. All the bedrooms have windows. The apartment has a back view to the main swimming pool. They provide us with lots of towels, one for bathing and one for using while at the swimming pool or at the beach. I found this very thoughtful because sand gets into the towels most of the time. The location of the resort is close to a local wet market. We were able to cook for most of time and to try many delicious local food.

Weak and limited access to wifi (only 2 to 3 devices get access to wifi). Had to walk for 10 mins to get to the beach, which was not problem, but it would be even better if closer to the beach. Takes about 30 mins each to get to centre Da Nang and Hoi An. The air conditionings were not stable, sometimes it ran very strong and other time it didn’t work at alll.

nice place

the apartment was great and perfectly equipped with a direct access to the pool. the residence is nice and cosy with all amenities and an amazing beach. I strongly recommend. staff were very nice and accommodating too.

it is a bit far from both Hoi an and da Nang with grabs ending up being quite expensive. the apartment isolation is not optimum but I guess this is true for many modern constructions. the restaurant in the residence is only open for breakfast and for lunch or dinner there is only a vegetarian restaurant.

The apartment is good but it is 300m from beach. Beachfront photo is the office.

Large pool nearby. Apartment good for 2 couples.

Misleading location of apartment.The picture shows n apartment with beach setting, private pool and bridge. This is the office, not the apartment, The apartment block is 300m away. Another couple in our group were also disappointed and they cancelled and moved out.
