Christine and Andrew from the moment you arrived made you welcome they couldn't do enough for me. The room had everything needed and was comfortable and clean. Excellent location and breakfast was superb and well cooked.

The weather could have been better otherwise nothing.

The hosts were excellent and nothing was too much trouble

The room was at the front of the property and we had a great view of the sea

We didn’t find the bed very comfortable but that would have been as we are used to a firmer mattress

Caroline was so welcoming and friendly. she was always on hand and nothing was too much trouble. the property has amazing sea views and is spotless. The breakfasts were cooked to order by completing a form the day before. There was plenty of choice and they were able to cater for my strict gluten free diet.

2 night stay in this lovely B&B. 5 minute walk to beach. room had sea view. Hosts friendly and attentive.

Excellent B&B, great breakfast, and I would definitely stay again in future

Excellent location on the seafront, breakfast was very well cooked and presented, and a thoughtful, well equipped room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were warm, friendly and helpful, and I liked their eco approach.

A double bed would have been more comfortable, but a single was fine.

Gem of a B&B

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Great seaview. Bathroom was big with a great shower. Was greeted at check in by Caroline and she was so friendly and showed me to my room. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything your service cannot be faulted. The facilities were what we required.

I did have a problem the room had the bed against the wall which not a fault of the owner became a problem for me as I run hot so very rarely use a cover but the wall was so cold it hurt. So I did not not sleep well as I could not sleep without the duvet to keep the chill of me and kept waking up. It really could do with a padded board however I understand that you probably don't have many people like me staying.

What a terrific B&B, beautifully styled for the seaside, spotlessly clean and terrific hosts. i didnt want to leave. Caroline & Andy clearly love their business and made us so welcome.

A good value place to stay when visiting Lowestoft or the area nearby, and very friendly

An excellent breakfast and I was well catered for as a vegetarian. Free parking on the street outside was great.

Adjacent road a bit noisier than anticipated, in sea view room. Warm so I had windows open.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Good location, plenty of parking. Very clean, excellent choice of breakfast and well cooked / presented. Caroline and Andy very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of local restaurants. Other guests friendly which was nice at breakfast time.

It's Lowestoft, don't expect too much

Nice breakfast. Host was welcoming.

Its Lowestoft! A lot of stairs to the top room. Walls quite thin and we could hear other guests. Parking is outside on the street.
