الموقع الشقه كبيره جدا غرفتين تنوع بوفيه الافطار تم تقديم ضيافه في الشقه عباره عن فواكه وحلويات كمياات كثيره من قنينة المياه

روائح المطاعم تصل للغرف ازعاج الاغاني حوض السباحه نسبة الكلور عاليه جدا والماء لزج لاتوجد خدمات ومشروبات على حوض السباحه الا من الساعه 12 ظهرا السرير غير مريح نهائيا

Séjour inoubliable de 12 nuits.

Personnel aimable, gentil et serviable. Plusieurs petites attentions lors d'un anniversaire ( gâteau et décoration chambre ). Service impeccable et propreté irréprochable. Grand merci à Salim et Yasmine parlant français ( réception ), Pardeep ( bagagiste ), Rami et Youssef Naim ( petit déjeuner ) et Rany ( restaurant piscine ). A proximité de tout et à 5 minutes à pied du métro. Accès direct au mall au 2ème étage. Grande chambre confortable avec magnifique vue sur la ville/mer. Service piscine également impeccable ( eau, serviettes, etc.. à volonté ). Très bons soins massages.

الاستقبال أ/ وبيع وأ/ حازم

تجمع مسؤل الامن وحارس الامن واحد طاقم الاستقبال لد غرفتي بغرض فتح الغرفة لتأكد من تواجدي بحجة ان وضعت عدم الازعاج من الفترة الصباحية وحتى الساعه 8 مساء علما باني لم أغادر الفندق إلا الساعة الثانية ظهرا ولم يقومو مشكورين بالتواصل معي علما بأني احمل جوال مسجل لديكم قبل العزم على دخول غرفتي فهل هذا يليق باسم الفندق

Wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is exceptional especially if you’re traveling with kids, having direct connection to the mall is very convenient and useful. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The staff were wonderful and friendly with babies. The rooms were large with a beautiful vie. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge selection and open till 10:30.

The only thing I would suggest is better lighting in the rooms. It is a minor thing but in my opinion the rooms are too dim especially at night.

Location and rooms are excellent

Good Hotel with great location. The size of the room for the family is perfect. The swimming pool is nice and big. Kareem has been very helpful in making sure the room is clean and above the usual standard. Thanks. I will definitely consider it again.

Breakfast choices were limited considering other 5* hotel breakfast choices, and it would be great to see a few more choices.

A price worth hotel which I recommend

The hotel is connected to the city center shopping mall, where you can find anything needed, even a food court with various restaurants, and a Carrefour hypermarket. The hotel stay was agreeable, the room was regularly visited by housekeeping staff and cleaned.

سهولة الوصول للموقع . نظافة الشقة .

عندا الحجز من بوكنق طلبت تامين كرسي متحرك لحجزة احد افراد العائلة الانه تم التصال علينا لارجاع الكرسي المتحرك لعدم وجود الا كرسي واحد لدى الفندق بالرغم لحاجتنا له.

Great stay would recommend for families

Great facilities on site, big swimming pool with jacuzzi and kids pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaners do a great job of cleaning the room too. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the city centre mall is attached to the hotel which was really convenient, can be accessed through the second floor which is only a couple of minutes walk. And the hotel has a lovely fragrance in the atmosphere 😍

Everything was great only downside was the rooms are not very soundproof can hear traffic and some noise outside when sleeping

Friendly staff

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff were super friendly, specially the front desk Rayan. She was absolutely the best. Location was close to everything, breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping could use a bit more guidance and everything else made the stay nothing short of amazing.

Le personnel, l’équipe du ménage très bien et agréable, l’équipe de la piscine au petit soin, l’équipe des valets vraiment vraiment super! L’accès au Mall c’est parfait! Le petit déjeuner vraiment varié.

تنوع الفطور و مساحة الغرفة ممتار ة

أنا حجزت شقة بغرفتي نوم ، مساحتها ممتازة و لكن الأثاث عادي جداً لا يصل لمستوى خمس نجوم ، و كذلك الحمام تصميمه سيء و السيراميك عادي و رخيص ، المطبخ فيه ريحة زفر بيض فالنظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب ، صابونة الاستحمام رائحتها سيئة ، و تركيب الشطاف بعيد عن المرحاض وبالجانب الأيسر مما يصعب استخدامه ، حمام الصالة ليس به شطاف ، في كامل الشقة تم وضع نعال الاستحمام اثنتين فقط و المفترض تكون حسب عدد النزلاء في الغرفة .

Amazing time.

From the moment we walked in the service was amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The quality of everything was perfect. The breakfast you do not want to miss. Please if booking this hotel book it with breakfast. Even though the mall is attached to it and there is a lot of options but the quality and options are amazing. They also have a little play area for kids right outside it which was amazing for us after we had breakfast for my son to play in there.

The location was perfect to venture out to either side of Doha. It was very central … would definitely recommend the location & food available till midnight at the adjoining Mall & pool open till late to return to once you’ve been out all day.

الاقامة كانت ثلاث ليالي شاملة الافطار وسوف انقل لكم تحربتي بكل صدق وأمانة عن الفندق والموظفين والمرافق والطعام الامان جداً عالي والنظافة جداً عالية مميزات الفندق الموقع الاستراتيجي ومتصل بمول سيتي سنتر مباشرة الاطلالات جداً رائعة يتوفر صالات رياضية ومطاعم ومسبح واسع مع جميع مرفقاته المتعدده ووووالخ المرافق عديدة جداً بمجرد وصولك للفندق يتم استقبالك بشكل رائع ستجد من يخدمك في اخذ سيارتك لركنها في المواقف المخصصة للفندق وشخص اخر يحمل حقائب السفر والتوجه الى موظف الاستقبال ليتم تزويدك بجميع المعلومات الخاصة بحجزك وثم الذهاب للغرف .. المصاعد متوفرة بكثرة الهدوء يعم المكان والنظافة جداً عالية عند دخولك للغرفه ستجد النظافة بأعلى مستوى وجميع ماتحتاجه من ادوات النظافة داخل دورة المياه وكذلك يوجد ميني بار وثلاجة وادوات الكي وووالخ نظافة الغرف تتم بشكل يومي حسب رغبة العميل ان اراد ذلك الاقامة جداً كانت مميزة ورائعة وسوف اعيد التجربة مرة اخري الموظفين جميعهم بدون استثناء كانو ودودين ومحترمين ويقومون بخدمتك في كل شي المطعم : وجبة الافطار كانت رائعة جداً ومنوعة والمكان رايق وهدوء والعاملين فيه جداً محترمين موظفي الاستقبال جداً مميزين ويسعون لخدمتك وشكر خاص للاخ سليم العاملين عند البوابات حراس الامن وركن السيارات وحمل الحقائب جميعهم محترمين وبشوشين والدقة في العمل مميزين في كل شي وشكر للاخ اعتقد اسمه ابرايم وضعت له صورة رسالتي للادارة العامة للفندق : لكم كل الشكر والتقدير كانت اقامتي لديكم رائعة ومميزة شكراً شكراً لكم ….. وأعتذر على الإطاله 🙏🏻

Exclusif et reposant.

Bien situé. Accueil de classe. Un très belle hotel. L’accès au loundge donne une touche exclusive. L’accès direct au mall est un plus appréciable. Bref une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Doha.

Pour aller au métro, il faut traverser le mall et sortir par parking. Chaleur étouffante la première fois, après 2 jours on s’y habitue. Tout ok. Une passerelle est toutefois en construction.

Bad waste of money

The location only.

The toilet was broken, and when I wanted to change they refused and try to fix it but didn’t really fix. Reception refused to extend my stay too for fully booked room I had to book online. The breakfast has no taste And close early.

Pure luxury . Excellent location close to Metro station , connected to a mall and very close to important tourist destin

One of our favorite weekend getaway place where everything is within easy reach!

Room is clean and well arranged. Breakfast options are so wide. Pool is as always one of our favorite place in the hotel... very calming and relaxing on a perfect weather.

Directly Access to the mall

First of all room must be ready & checked & all things be in a good condition: 1. Bathroom water has very bad & strong smell coming from pipes !!! And this problem was continued!!! 2. Fridge is not cooling the items for days !!! 3. A/C has noisy and strong sound I couldn’t sleep well !! 4. Reception ladies was talking about me and laughing I didn’t like that!!
