no double glazing and noisy at times during the night. aircon in living room noisy and needs servicing. second bedroom no aircon and depends on the unit in the living room. dishwasher not working

Fabulous apartment near Vatican

Great location a short walk away from The Vatican. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Comfortable accommodation - perfect for a city break with family. Misael really helpful and welcoming. Organised airport transfers and dinner reservations for us.

Fabulous

Superb location with plenty of restaurants, gelateria and shops outside but amazingly not noisy and one street from the Pope’s entrance to the Vatican. It was beautifully and spotlessly presented with all the facilities we needed.

Would have been useful to have it slightly differently arranged such that the sofa bed didn’t have to be folded away to use the table and so the loo and shower were in separate rooms given we were six people, all trying to get ready quickly to get out and explore.

It is situated near Vatican in a lovely road. It had everything you needed. Excellent place !

,Great place and a great location. Very nice welcome with good explanation about the area,, Rome and restaurants.

The mess with the Airport taxi we booked. Took me hours of wasted time and stil not arranged, realy disturbing.

Probably the best place you can find in Rome to be near to all nice places and in the same time on a quiet street with possibilities of finding a suitable restaurant nearby...feeling spirit of history, with very hospitable host offering helping hand in every moment when something is required

A perfect apartment to stay in in Rome

This is a perfect apartment to stay in in Rome. Very clean (what is important for me ) and beautifully furnished. The location is great too, just 5 minutes walking to the Vatican and around 20 minutes to the center. Our host Misael was extremely friendly and always helpful. We were there in winter and the heating was working perfectly. It couldn’t be better.

For recommendation :)

Everything was extremly clear and nice as is on pictures. Location is amazing, most of the biggest atractions were reachable by foot. We were with two babies and for us it was important that it was very quiet during the night. Also, supermarket and many restorants and coffe bars are near. Our host Misael was so kind, he waited us after check in time and explained whatever we asked. We would definitly come back here if we visit Rome again :)

It was one of the best apartments I've ever rented. The check in service was great! The host kept us informed about everything, and you could check-in either with a designated person or contactless. I choose contactless, but we could ask any questions, literally 24/7 via WhatsApp. The apartment was very cosy and clean, and the housekeeping and towels were changed after everything couple of days. I was surprised by the fact that we had everything - toilet paper for the whole week, kitchen paper towels, napkins, jams and Nutella, crackers for breakfast, coffee, salt, sugar, Olive oil - literally everything! Even a bottle of water in the fridge! We only needed to buy detergent for the washing machine. From every where I've been so far ( and I've traveled a lot, this was a first apartments that had everything 'though through'. The location is great! You are one minute away from Vatican square, and there are a lot of cool restaurants and gelaterias on the same street. The location is simply wonderful. I hope one day I will return to Rome, and when I do, I will definitely stay in this charming apartment again.

when you leave the building, there are restaurants immediately, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is large, beautifully decorated, you will find everything you need in it, cleanly. delightful host who gave us tips on delicious restaurants, monuments and the way of sightseeing
