The villa has a prime location with a view of Hole #4 of the Palm Course and the Caribbean Sea. It is conveniently located near the beach, hotel restaurants, and the Beach Village Pool. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the Tennis Center.
The living room is filled with an abundance of natural light, thanks to a magnificent wall of windows. In there you will find an entertainment stand, a ceiling fan, a cozy sofa bed, and a charming dining area. The kitchen has premium appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite counters. It also overlooks the living room, allowing you to stay connected with the family while getting a snack.
The bedding arrangements in this lovely villa are designed for your comfort, ensuring a truly relaxing, indulgent stay, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV. The master bedroom boasts a King bed. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests. In addition, there is a cozy sofa bed in the living room.
We understand the importance of your furry companion, which is why this villa is pet friendly (fees apply), allowing you to create unforgettable memories with your beloved pet. As if that's not enough, the villa features independent ventilation, providing a cool and invigorating atmosphere where you can unwind and recharge.
