Located in the hamlet of Suvay between Châtel and La Chapelle d'Abondance, the Marie Blanche farm has two apartments restored to create a warm atmosphere. (3 minutes from the center of Châtel)

This 65m2 apartment is very cozy. It offers many advantages, is ideal for a family of 5 people. It can however accommodate 6 people thanks to the sofa bed.
A heated entrance hall.
A beautiful living room with wood stove, kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.
A first double bedroom with double bed (160x200), French window opening onto the terrace.
A 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), and a single bed 90x200 with French window also opening onto the terrace.
In the living room the sofa bed offers a very good bed (140/200)
A bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet.
A very practical dressing room to store all your belongings, bags ...
A beautiful wooden terrace where you can eat in summer and store skis in winter, a beautiful L-shaped balcony to admire this beautiful landscape.
Finally a beautiful garden to play in winter in the snow as well as in summer on the lawn!

This chalet is a really good family stay just outside Chatel. It has excellent outdoor space outside of the bedrooms for morning sunshine breakfasts and a shared small garden with table and chairs. Parking is fun, it's on a stone pontoon but is long enough for the largest of estate cars. Inside the chalet the bedrooms are comfy and excellent as long as you are a small or young family, I'm not sure 3 large teenagers would cope with the triple room, but for a family of 3, it was perfect. There is also a separate toilet and the shower is decent, clean and large enough to wash without soaking the floor. The kitchen/dining area was large, really well equipped and spacious. The outdoor BBQ a bonus and easy to use. The lounge area features a large excellent sofa, wide enough for 3, but more comfortable chairs or an extra sofa would be a bonus for larger families.
It's worth noting for some people that it's not easily walkable to Chatel as you need to use the main road.
An excellent super clean and comfortable chalet in a quiet location.

Un bel appartement dans un charmant hameau
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement chaleureux. Les prestations sont de qualité, l équipement complet, le séjour est très agréable et le poêle à fait le bonheur de tous.

On a passé une semaine très agréable, dans une ambiance montagnarde. Le chalet est très bien équipé, situé au calme, accès facile aux différents sites skiables, on reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Une de nos meilleures location de vacances
Tout y est pour être bien:
Cadre magnifique / terrasse au soleil le matin et une autre à l’ombre le midi/bbq/ équipement de cuisine plus que complet et électroménager parfait (lave vaisselle lave linge congélateur ) plaque induction . Tout est Bosh/ jouets et jeux de société
Dans une petite impasse idéale pour des enfants. Par contre pas de commerce accessible à pied . Tout doit être fait en voiture.

Très bon séjour dans chalet me Vidal , location Très agréable, quartier calme malgré d autres locations . En plus nous avons eu soleil ++ pendant notre semaine....
L équipement de la location est top avec une mention toute particulière pour la machine à laver, très appréciable après les randonnées...

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel
Appartement très agréable et confortable et vraiment adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants (même 3 vu les 5 couchages). Literie confortable. Le jardin est un vrai plus avec des enfants. Tout près de toutes les commodités de Châtel et grande surface accessible à 5 minutes. Point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses activités de la région en été !

Très chouette appartement très bien équipé
Nous avons passé un chouette séjour à Châtel. L'appartement de plein pied était très spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'avoir un machine à laver. Quel plaisir de faire de bonnes raclettes avec du fromage d'Abondance. Disposer d'un barbecue était aussi très pratique. Le soir, nous avons pu faire un feu de bois . Nos jeunes étaient ravis de pouvoir disposer d'un bon wifi et de Netflix . C'est à recommander les yeux fermés.

Un agréable moment
Nous avons passé 1 très agréable séjour dans ce confortable chalet. Il est bien placé à 2 minutes en voiture de l'entrée de châtel et moins de 5 minutes du centre. Prestations assez haut de gamme, tout confort. Nous avons apprécier les luges à disponibles pour profiter des plaines descendantes autour du chalet, la literie confortable, le poêle, la cuisine tout équipée,. Cet appartement est très fonctionnel. Seul Petite fausse note sur le réseau WiFi assez faible et partiellement indisponible selon les pièces occupées et le ballon d'eau chaude d'une capacité limitée pour 1 famille de 5 personnes. Néanmoins nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Chalet très agréable et spacieux
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Christine, très conciliante pour l’heure d’arrivée. Appartement conforme à l’annonce, très bien équipé. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la neige alentour (luges fournies, bonhomme de neige....).
Par contre, déçu par Abritel qui a prélevé la caution dés la réservation, soit 5 mois avant le début des vacances. Heureusement que Christine s’est arrangé pour me rembourser, encore merci à elle.

L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux, idéal pour une famille. Accueil chaleureux - et suite à un quiproquo de date de départ, nous avons pu rester une nuit de plus sans charge supplémentaire - un geste très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Châtel et les environs offrent un beau terrain de jeux pour les skieurs de tous niveaux. la station est belle ; le massif montagneux déploie des paysages variés et forestier - ce qui n'était pas pour nous déplaire... N'hésitez pas, allez-y si un séjour à la montagne vous tente!

This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment in an ideal location. The hosts are extremely helpful.
We have stayed in this apartment twice and on both occasions it was immaculate when we arrived. It has everything you need for your stay and is perfectly located for the skiing or summer activities. It is away from the road so is quiet and peaceful.

Séjour très agréable dans un châlet typique meublé avec goût.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement du dessous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, le bon goût avec lequel ce chalet à été rénové, sa proximité avec le village tout en étant au calme, loin de l'agitation. La propriétaire a été très disponible et facilement joignable, avant, pendant et après le séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour les familles comme nous qui ont besoin d'espace et de calme.

Christine est tres aimable et son chalet extrêmement confortable, chaleureux et bien situé. Les pistes et les commerces sont a 5 min maxi en voiture. Un séjour que l'on n'oubliera pas! Merci Christine.

Appartement charmant et chaleureux sans perdre en fonctionnalité
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances malgré le temps grâce au charme de l'appartement où l'on s'y sent très bien. Tout était parfait et correspond très bien au descriptif. Accueil très chaleureux de Christine qui n'a pas manqué de répondre également à nos questions d'avant séjour. Merci pour tout.
Le seul petit bémol (mais indépendamment du logement et de sa propriétaire) est sans doute l'accès au hameau de Suvay de manière générale puisque les balades (au moins avec des enfants) nécessitent de prendre la voiture (en hiver en tout cas) pour ne pas avoir à marcher le long de la route principale.
Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y revenir avec plaisir.

Modern, homely and great facilities
Property in a great location. Very helpful and friendly owner and welcomed by neighbour. The property is warm, and cosy with everything you need and more. Comfortable beds and good sized lounge/diner plus underfloor heating and real fire. We'd definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location.
We have had a wonderful week staying in this lovely apartment. It is situated in a really quiet location but it is easy to get to Chatel and the ski slopes. Really well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with wood burner - really cosy after a day on the slopes. The children loved their bunk room and the toys and books provided. We would definitely love to come back here again. Thank you Christine.

Excellent séjour dans une vallée superbe
Parfait à tous points de vue - situation, charme du lieu, aménagement, équipements etc. Un bémol quand même avec le fait que le linge de maison (draps, serviettes etc.) et le ménage sont en option à un tarif "touristes anglais aux sports d'hiver" (141€ au total) qui alourdit l'intendance pour qui ne veut pas rentrer dans ces pratiques.

Le gîte est bien équipé, très fonctionnel avec du matériel de qualité.
Le site est joli et calme, la localisation du gîte nous a plu, hormis l'absence d'accès piéton à des sentiers de randonnée (en été).
à recommander néammoins, aussi bien aux familles qu'au sportifs!

Superbe!
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Le chalet tout confort, est situé dans un petit hameau juste avant le village de Chatel. La fraicheur à l'intérieur était très agréable lors de nos retours de randonnées. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donné plein de bons conseils: boulangerie, boucherie, magasins, balades. Les repas le soir ont été savouré sur la petite terrasse. Un vrai bonheur! Nous recommandons sans modération!

Schoon, goed geoutilleerd.
Op de woning valt niets aan te merken. De ligging, buiten het erg drukke centrum van Châtel, was voor ons een voordeel. Misschien voor anderen een nadeel. De lift in Linga, gratis parkeren, is tien minuten rijden. Je komt dan langs een grote supermarkt.
