Perfect location!

Perfect location! All my favorite restaurants are located near the hotel! The room is super spacious but a little outdated. But in general, I enjoyed my stay.

Superb

Service in particular of the reception staff Selina. The rooms were great for a family and there was also a kitchen that is really helpful when traveling with small kids. The location was also very good.

the management is so stingy of drinking water, for that I have to buy it myself, the cleaning lady isn't trained well. She didn't even care about clean towel touching the toilet bowl or floor, imagine after shower you use it to wipe your face and body ????? yuck.....also the use the used towel mop the bathroom. nobody realized that cause they leave their room early in the morning and come back later that day not knowing what has been going on in their room !!!

More Pricey Less Benefit !!!!

Never try their breakfast, location is ok, be prepare to hike cause the location is uphill

Stingy for drinking water ( during my stay I had to buy extra drinking water), no real kitchenette, a lot of dust inside the ventilation holes. sanitary need to be repair or replace.

Do yourself a favor and stay here

I only stay here now when I'm in Hong Kong. It's like a serviced apartment and bigger than most friend's apartments that live in HK. Stay here.

It's in the center of the center of Central. The location is superb. The only issue is there is a massive amount of construction going on. Ask for the highest floor you can get.

good location. unprofessional reservation team

overall the location was very convenient and pretty good front office staff. the apartment itself is big and spacious.

the reservation team is the worst team I have ever spoken. I had an issue due to personal emergency & wanted to see either cancel or change dates. understand it was non refundable so thought maybe I can change dates. if I did I would have been paying more. but the staff were very unprofessional and so is their supervisor who didn’t even try to help me. worst customer service and very unprofessional. will never return to this property and make sure it will be echoed around HK

huge disappointment. despite the nice pictures online, this hotel does not deserve more than 1 star.

not clean. carpets sticky. staff was not flexible at all. it’s better not to ask the staff anything.

it was great! I booked for my parents to stay for a week, I chose this place so they have some living room space and kitchenette. they free upgraded our room to a suite room and the space was huge for a HK hotel! WhatsApp messaging very responsive and the stay was awesome. totally recommend! thanks a lot :)

Outstanding value for money in convenient location

Location is perfect for business. Easy access to restaurants. Simple to get a taxi or to take the mid level escalators up and down to central. Washer/dryer is a welcome luxury - we had severe rain in Singapore resulting in all of our luggage being soaked. We were able to use the dryer to dry our clothes for the convention. Staff very helpful. I needed medical assistance and they helped me locate doctor and xray location.

Honestly - everything is wonderful. Zero complaints or suggestions for improvement.

Fantastic room (suite really) which was huge by HK standards, in the perfect location. Right in the heart of SoHo and one minute from the escalator
