Nice Hostel

The location is really stunning. You wake up to palm trees and the ocean. As the location is very nature based you should be able to deal with some bugs and other animals which you’ll encounter from time to time.

In future i'll think on private sleeping room, but from all other reasons, its a best u can find

1. Location is great. In the middle of the sea. Near most of a swimming beaches, near the main street. 2. Beatiful view alwatys in front of an eyes 3. Big comfortable kitchen. 4. Very slow and traquilla atmosphere inside a hostel area. 5. People are nice and polite 6. Very nice stuff Thanks to every one in this Casa :)

Well, not everything can be perfect. Must to be a balance unfortunately for bad and for good. And i must to say a truth. 1. sleeping room is on a second floor and its separated from everything. That means: every single time need to climb up and climp down by every uncomortable stairs for any reasons. 2. Almost every day someone new can come and sleep on a buk bed in my private space and disturbe my sleeping by moving a same bad when doesnt conider by othes. and they dont instructing new people how to behave in a sleeping shared room. And its made me tired , angry and not active during my time of vacation. Hope they will start to instruct people about this case before check them in. Because i didnt like to instruct a new person how to behave and treat in a case of sleeping on a same bad, after a night that he brokes my sleeping Beside of a sleeping room, all other things was very fine and even very comfortable. I very glad and thankfull for my experince there.

Hostel with alot of soul

The hostel is incredible. The view is incredible. Sleeping with the waves. Waking up and going to the water in the morning directly from the hostel. The people and the crew are really nice. Just amazing.

Small stuff like electricity issue, the stairs to the rooms are narrow. It has kind of hippie vibe if you like it will suit you very well (:

Beautiful beachside hostel

The most comfortable bed I've slept on in a long time! It's directly on the beach, lots of hammocks to relax, very beautiful. They keep the place very clean, the kitchen is decently equipped, good wifi.

The people who work there don't seem to be around. No one told me that I had to turn a lever for water (sink, toilet, shower) so that was frustrating not knowing why there wasn't water

Amazing!

The property is sensational, if you are ever in Pipa please stay here. The hosts (Roy in particular) are so welcoming, the location and view are unrivaled, and the atmosphere is second to none. I would have stayed here for a month if I could it. They make you feel like part of the family.

The location is crazy! Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves… the staff makes sure to clean all the time - so even tho most stuff is outside, it’s never dirty. I loved the lizards, monkeys and dolphins

The perfect location for a solo traveler's holiday, and you definitely won't want to leave.

Casa De Jack is the perfect hostel for a first time traveler to Pipa. Everything is very simple - you might even say "roots" - and the people are sure to be friendly, many are there for months at a time!

I rate it a 9 out of 10 because of two specific issues: the bunk beds don't have ladders and the culture of allowing guests to get incredibly drunk needs to be weeded out. The first issue means people need to step on the bottom bunks with dirty feet to get up top, and the second has the potential (realized during the time I was there) for even bigger messes.

Amazing! Love this place!

I just LOVE this place)) I was so sad to leave it, cause it felt so much like home. Rodrigo is very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is sooooo wonderful!!! I could work in peace also, which is very important to me, as I work online and make video calls every day)) The monkeys stole my heart, I fed them so often, and they r sooooo cute))) I recommend this place to everyone! The best hostel! The beach is 5 seconds away, so romantic, so beautiful!!! The only drawback is smoking: I felt like almost everybody was smoking there except me. And I am for a healthy life style and against smoking, cause it is nasty and ruins lives and health of people. But other than that, it was an amazing experience!!!

The view and the hammocks are incredible!

The view of this hostel is incredible! Never had a view like that from my bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the vibe is super friendly and chilled. Rodrigo was very helpful he even did our laundry and allowed us to stay in the hammocks when we arrived one night early and all Hostels in pipa were fully booked.

The wall in our bedroom could use some new paint.

Hostel with the best location you will ever find. Right on to the beach. It has a very tranquil atmosphere.

The hostel is very basic. Don't book if you are looking for lots of comfort or facilities.

Extraordinary location, right in front of the ocean. No noise except from the ocean. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Quite friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. The place is beautiful and you are in close contact with nature.

The property has a great location, right on the beach. Also, it is nearby the city center.

I think the property it is a very unusual hostel type based on my traveling experiences: it is too calm and quiet. If you want a place to relax and rest, in a way that you stay quiet, that’s the place. However, if you want a typical hostel experience with people interacting more and having fun, you must look for another place. Also, I think the private rooms are too expensive for not having a private bathroom in it. You have a private room, but you still need to share the bathroom. Thus, the price of private rooms should be lower than it is since it is not fully private (in terms of bathroom).
