We have fabulous family holiday time in the villa.

Villa 9 tree bedroom: The bathroom bathtub not going, my toddler will love to use them but the water doesn’t work and having to walk outside to get to the other rooms to access kids age 2 and 3 years old is not that great.

the villa is very modern and has everything needed for spend vacation the staff is very responsive and friendly

Beautiful, relaxing holiday with attentive service provided.

The ambience and service was excellent. Breakfast was nice and delivered directly to the villa as well.

The only small issue was the swimming pool and jazuzzi lights were not working. To their credit, they did offer us to change villas but as a family, we were settled in. Otherwise it was excellent.

Love our stay and definitely will come back again.

We have a pleasant stay at Nikila, Booked 3 bedroom villas for our family, The pool size was just right and clean, love the breakfast with various options, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Too bad we only booked for 2 days hope we have a longer stay there compared to the other hotels we booked. We definitely will book and stay longer there for our next trip.

Too bad the space the parking lot is quite limited.

The rooms are big. The place is fairly clean. No mosquito but having some ants but for indonesia, I think is nomal. if you not drop your food they are invisible. I am not seeing any rat. is a quiet place. For people who want to take a rest in the villa, this one is a good choice.

The rooms are smelly. Coz there is no air ventilaion. Staff are just coming into the villa with their own keys. They should ring the bell or have a call to us would be a lot better. The villa is quite far away.

The fact I am still waiting after 14 days for a refund after being overcharges leaves a bad taste.

The staff at the villas were lovely. The reservation team have let this property down.

The property isn't well made, many large gaps. The pool was dirty and the smaller pool, I wouldn't let my kids touch as it was so murky. The reservation team overcharged me and have not issued my refund after 14 days. I am still waiting. The location isn't easy to walk anywhere but the taxi's are affordable to go to town. Nusa Dua was much quieter than Seminyak with not as much to do for the kids.

Sweet Escape

Warm welcome by the staff and very helpful. Perfect location and intimate. I choose Vinila Villas to spend my last day honeymoon in Bali and I really love this Villa. Private pool, clean and quite. The garden is spacious. Breakfast is amazing with some bread selection. I Love Bali, I Love Vinila. Definitely will come back 😍 Thank you Vinila. Cheers.

Villa is shabby, not recommendable

First we should get a downgrade to a smaller villa next to the street. After complaining they arranged our booked accommodation, but we had to wait for it until the evening. The facility of the villa is shabby, a lot of vermin. We stayed only for one night and checked out the next day in the morning as an early departure. We felt uncomfortable to stay longer. The environment is not pleasant either.

this villa is expensive for literally no reason.

it was clean and the pool was good.

there was no microwave, the phone was not working hence we had to use our personal number to chat with the staff. the number of water is limited to 6 small bottles a day, they should at least keep a water filter in the villa. Also, the food menu is excluding taxes, so we had to pay huge tax for little food that we ordered.

Very limited hot water, not enough for every guest to take bath. AC not working properly in living room. Poor management, the last day I didn't have a car because the management gave the wrong key to another guest and my car was taken away by that guest All plans fell apart on that day

We enjoy staying in Vinila.

I like the decor , room size are great, they give bath towel a lot and clean. The staff are very helpfull , polite , friendly excellent. Especially in the park area, they’ve been very helpfull to park the car without me asking. The garderner also very polite.

I really don’t like there was lots and lots of ants in the kitchen, dining table, near the door and window, also in the bathroom. Everything is fine except the ants
