Great apartment perfect location

Perfect location for the festival. Really modern apartment with all you needed. Loved the balcony.

Weekend break

Location was excellent and the wee grocers shop was handy. Apartment was very comfortable.

On Sunday night the wind got up and the noise and draft coming from the windows meant we didn't get a very good sleep.

The customer service team were great when we reached out for additional bedding for my niece to be able to sleep on the sofa bed. They delivered it to us on the day without hesitation which was very accommodating.

The pictures aren’t reflective of the flat we stayed in. Whilst it was comfortable enough - it was disappointingly nothing like the photos on the site. Some of the apartment is in dire need of some TLC, it’s tired and there is damp in places. Also in this day and age, I can’t understand why people still use shower curtains. They are unhygienic.

Worse apartment I've stayed in

I liked nothing about my stay the apartment was dirty light switch was hanging off which is very unsafe the hot water wasn't working and if and when it did come on took forever to heat up the floor boards all creaked and the pipes rattled when you put tap on.

Read as above would not recommend this apartment also there was poo on the walls of the bathroom please see pics disgusting

Great stay, a week booked almost last minute, no regrets

Size and location great, gave us space for our granddaughter to stay, and also get some washing done, loved it

As per previous reviews, floor squeaked, but once you know, you get over it. Would have been great if balcony doors opened, but wasn’t a deal breaker

Excellent value for ourselves we travelled for a funeral the staff were extremely helpful when I phoned and followed up with a return phone call a couple of hours later to make sure everything was OK

Location close to beach but only 5 mins walk to high street. Space in flat good.

Had to report some big and small issues that could have been sorted if property was inspected regularly or cleaning staff checked and reported back to the company. Having said that, the issues were sorted as quickly as possible by nice people and overall left a good impression. Sofa looks good but rather hard to relax on.

The apartment block is in a good location. The apartment was comfortable, clean and good size for a family.Great communication from the Donnini team prior to and during the stay

The property is getting dated and needs some attention to redecoration. The bathroom tiles could do with cleaning

Great location, could use a little improvement

Great location for beach and walking into town. Beds were comfy, bedrooms spacious. Property seems secure and was quiet. Staff that we encountered (Doug? ) was really friendly and helpful when he came up to fix broken door handle so we could get fresh air.

Dining table really flimsy and wobbly, dining chairs really cheap and flimsy too, one of the chair legs was bent. Couches not very comfy, even worse as beds. Kitchen has bare minimum as far a self catering goes. Place is surface clean but could really use a deep clean.

Lovely Spacious Flat

Just back from a 2 night stay with friends. Lovely clean spacious flat in a great location across from the beach. Short walk to the bars and restaurants. Owner replied to any requests or questions promptly. Will definitely stay again.

despite little hick-ups we had a lovely stay and would go again.

Location fabulous. Beds extremely comfortable. Nice clean flat.

Livingroom sofa bed uncomfortable even to sit on. Window in Livingroom didn't open or shut right. Bathroom door bolt didn't lock.

Location of apartment is great.

a little more tlc of the apartment would help. there was flaking paint on walls at windows. Windows were difficult to open and close. it could be made a lot more homelier with just a bit more colour. More cooking dishes etc, not everyone likes to eat out. It was definitely not a luxurious apartment, more very average.

There was 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for four nights, there was a glass which was cracked , and a cup which was chipped , and a clog of hair lying on the kitchen floor .
