About this house rental
You'll love this 6300 square foot Multi Family Lodge that is close to the lake. Located in Snow Meadows near Garden City park. We are just minutes from all the restaurants stores and beaches in Garden City. It is perfect for 5 to 7 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer.
The house also includes a 1600 square foot game room with a Rockwall, Foam Pit, Indoor Playground, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Air hockey Table and Basket Ball Hoop game. Out side is a 5000 square foot grass field with a volley ball net.
The Lodge is located less than a mile from beach access. Convenient Garden City location right next to bike path. You can easily park 12 vehicles. There is easy year round road access.
Sleeps 42 in Beds, 10 more with pullouts and extra mattresses. Maximum occupancy of 52. Eight private bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 14 in beds with lots of extra space.
Double oven and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Lots of open space for reunions, family gatherings and large groups.

The home was nice with all of the basics covered and had plenty of space for parking and lots of things for the kids to do. Great location close to raspberry shakes.

It was a very comfortable stay for 40 people. The kitchen was able to accommodate us fixing and eating meals together. We had a great time. There were games and activities there for all ages. Thank you.
The sound from the family room TV went right into the kitchen area, maybe a future suggestion would be closing off that area to make a place to watch shows without sound bleeding over into the whole house.

Had our family reunion at this property with over 40 people. There was plenty of space to gather for eating and activities together. The play area was a big hit for my grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Close the Garden City Park and Bear Lake Marina

The kids loved the playroom with all the different games to play. We had plenty of beds. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, serving dishes and pantry space. There was plenty of room to spread out to play table games or visit. There was plenty of yard space for outdoor games. We thoroughly loved our time there.

We Really and Is the large spacious room. Everything we needed was there. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. Are stay went very well and we just had a great time.

The property was great for our friend group. The house offered plenty of sleeping space to accommodate multiple families with younger kids. The game room was very well equipped and kept the kids entertained for the trip.

We had 40 family members and friends join us for a wedding weekend. This included ex-spouses and in-laws and there's enough space that if you didn't want to see someone, you could find any number of spots to disappear to! ;) It was lovely, roomy, very clean and EVERYONE had a great time.

We stayed here as a youth group and the house was perfect. We had between 40-50 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beautiful home, lots of things to do. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating when one of our group left some things there after checkout.

The home was spacious. Kitchen well stocked with utinsels, dishes, and cooking gear. Independent bedrooms for each individual family provided comfortable quiet areas for retreating as needed. Our favorite room was the rec room. It was enjoyed by all. If a family retreat is what ypu need, and.Bear Lake, Utah is your destination, look no futher than this property.

We had a great time here for a family weekend. The kids loved the play area. There was plenty of space for our large group and no one every felt crowded. We loved the firepit and volleyball net and that it was so close to the lake.

We held our annual family reunion here this year and it was a perfect space for us! There are plenty of beds, lots of spaces to gather and play, big back yard and great air conditioning! We didn't have a single complaint - loved our stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a family reunion, with three generations attending. This site was PERFECT for us. The lodge was clean and well-appointed with all kitchen items and bathroom amenities. Lots of bedroom types to choose from which was helpful for our larger group. The playroom was indispensable…the (older) kids had a place to go and be on their own and play with their cousins. The outside was perfect for lawn games and bbq dinners. And the proximity to Bear Lake was handy. We had a truly wonderful experience here and would book again if needed!!

We so enjoyed our time at Aspen Lodge. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Kids and adults enjoyed the house and the memories created there. I was honestly surprised that not only did the house fit our whole family… but there was room to spare!? The kids were never bored here, and that’s saying something. It was the perfect place for everyone. Grateful for a warm and welcoming home to share with loved ones.

We had a variety of ages - lots of kids and adults. The playroom is awesome. We appreciated that there are couches in there for adults who are watching babies, and there is air hockey, pool table, etc, toys and games for all ages. We also loved using the kayaks at Bear Lake! Having 2 fridges for our big group was also appreciated.

We could had used a few more single beds rather than queen beds, but it all worked.

The extra bedroom in the playroom isnt on the video, but it exists and was a very pleasant surprise. Quality of the home, furnishings and space exceeded expectations. Our family especially loved the lawn, game room, upstairs bunk room, etc. The host was quick to respond to all questions, and had good quality dishes, pans, crockpot, etc for us to use.

Our family enjoyed this house so much - it’s what made our reunion such a success! There was more than enough room to play and bathrooms for everyone. Our favorite areas were the room with all of the couches, the kitchen with so much table space and of course the garage with all of the fun toys and rock climbing wall. We had to communicate with Tami a few times with questions and she was quick to respond!

We had our family reunion here-total of 50 people of all ages. There was sufficient seating for meals and good kitchen prep space. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Yard was fun to play in-yard toys (volleyball and soccer balls) were provided. Two kayaks were a pleasant surprise. Public access to the beach was about a minute drive. Best of all, the playroom was AMAZING!
All the children spent a majority of time in the playroom allowing the adults a quiet house to visit and plenty of table space to play games. Home was clean and well maintained.
Best of all, check out was easy and simple. Highly recommend!!

Loved this lodge for our family reunion. We had 40 people ages 0-64. We all loved it. The play room was perfect for all the kids. We played frisbee in the yard every day. We never felt crowded, even at mealtimes.

This house was perfect for our family reunion of 47 individuals. Everybody had a comfortable place to sleep which was amazing considering the size of our group. The adults loved all of the table space to play board and card games while the littles spent all 4 days in the giant playroom. The house was very clean. Checkout process was the easiest and best of any rental I've stayed in. Highly recommend!

This house had absolutely everything we could need, the amount of beds for the people we had, was absolutely amazing. It was accommodating for everyone from my elderly grandparents to my niece and nephew who are just infants. The amount of games that are available and puzzles and so many fun things to do kept us entertained the entire time. The playroom was also a huge hit with all the kids and adults! We used the volleyball net every night and loved it and my kids had a blast playing with the tetherball. Tami was so easy to communicate with and made everything so easy and simple. Anytime we go to Bear Lake with my big family I will be sure to see if this house is available!!!

The lodge was nice, clean, spacious, and fun. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone. The play area was great, and even adults played in there. I liked that there were multiple gathering places, and the adults could have their space. The kids loved having their own space. We were there in the winter so we couldn't really play outside, but the kids did some sledding in the snow. It would be a lot of fun in the summer also. We couldn't see the lake from the lodge, but went for a walk up the hill, and it was a beautiful view!

Great place for family - plenty of beds, fantastic play area, able to have movie playing, video games, and board games all at the same time w/o interfering, and still let babies nap. Kitchen & dining area was able to accommodate all 30 of us w/o crowding. The grandchildren had a great time with all the toys and games available in the game area!
