No problem spending all your time on the beach at 'Sandy Toes' with sandy toes. This appealing property has a great location (semi-oceanfront) with views, close beach access, and exciting amenities including a fenced-in private pool with a hot tub! And don't forget, your dogs are welcome! Several outdoor table sets allow for eating 'al fresco' or just hanging out enjoying the ocean view, the pool area, or the screened porch. The ground-level rec room is spacious and offers a foosball table for some fast-paced fun. A full wet bar, and a queen sleeper sofa are also located in the rec room. The location is just as exciting as the property itself! Located smack in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, there is access from the property to quiet secondary roads for biking, strolling or jogging for miles. Take a walk for some shopping or lunch. Free family activities are just a short drive from the property including community tennis courts, playground, outdoor skate park and skate rink. Avid runners and bikers can pick up the packed Nature Conservancy roads off the bike trail just on the west side. The Nature Conservancy has trails for enjoying the natural beauty of an ancient dune forest, or spend all day, every day on the beautiful beachfront (an easy walk from the property to the beach access). Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

We are both teachers and needed to just get away during our spring break to relax. This place was perfect. Easy walk or drive to everything. Cozy furniture. And we loved that we could have our pups with us. The only thing we’d change is that the beds were too firm for our liking. But that’s just a personal preference! Thanks for a great vacation!

Loved the home. Was just as it was on line, plenty of lspace, bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband and I really appreciated the elevator, as we are older and have trouble with stairs. We enjoyed sitting on deck and rocking! The view of the sea was just gorgeous, although two huge homes have been added since put on VRBO. Thank you for such a nice home. It has all one needs for a super vacation!!!!

This property was a good fit for the size of our family-11. The location was near the beach, activities, and shopping. It was clean and the beds comfortable but quite firm. The kitchen was stocked with all manner of cooking utensils but the stove is very temperamental. And it is a TWO person kitchen. Like most vacation rentals the furnishings are quite tired but all in all everyone was comfortable.

The property checked-out as described in the listing. It was clean and spacious. It was more space than the 4 of us needed; can probably accommodate 2 avg size families. Just note that it’s off a busy street so be prepared for some vehicular noise during the day and at night. Good location, short walk to the beach.

Overall a nice property, check in was seamless. Property was clean. Kitchen is a little dated but overall a lot of space for our group of 7. Property management checked in and got back to us right away with an update on a power outage impacting the property (not an issue with the house)
