El apartamento es Maravilloso ❤️

En realidad, nos encantó todo. El apartamento precioso y muy limpio. Tiene de todo. En especial, destacamos la atención de María, realmente, es un persona encantadora que desde antes de que lleguemos estuvo pendiente de que llegáramos bien al apartamento y cuando llegamos nos guió y enseñó no solo solo los servicios que tiene el apartamento, sino también donde comprar o dónde comer, si queríamos comer fuera. Toda mi familia y yo hemos quedado muy agradecidos de María. Nos ayudó también para pedir el taxi al aeropuerto. Cuando volvamos a Roma, volveremos a hospedarnos en esta apartamento porque nos encantado. Mil gracias por todo ❤️

En veldig fin leilighet, en fantastisk vert og ett trivelig opphold.

God beliggenhet, gangavstand både til buss-/togstasjon og til strand. Butikker og restauranter rett i nærheten av leiligheta. Veldig fin leilighet med stor terrasse. I tillegg hadde de både barneseng og spisestol for baby. Verten Maria var super trivelig og hjelpsom. Vi hadde flere spørsmål om reisemålet og transport rundt om, Maria hjalp oss å skaffe informasjonen vi trengte.

Exceptional

The apartment is great and spacious, the terrace is huge and perfect to sunbathing and eating meals together. Each room has air conditioning. The owners are the most kind and helpful hosts I've ever met.

Deceptively beautiful apartment. Not a picturesque resort but easy to get to from Rome. Lots of good restaurants

Decor was lovely.

Apartment block did not look nice from the outside but it was lovely inside. Shower had black on the grout and door seal but it came off when I sprayed it with bleach. The lady who met us to let us in was delightful but didn’t speak any English so wasn’t able to tell us about the area, best route to the beach, restaurants etc.

We had a very pleasant stay.Location was great and the town was nice despite the very dirty streets.

Maria the hostess was so friendly and helpfull.

The town of Lido Ostia was very dirty. Rubbish on streets and beaches and overflowing bins and bags of rubbish. The foot paths are in bad condition with lots pot holes and weeds.

Not a good experience.

There was a very foul stench in the apartment where we had to open doors and windows for it to be comfortable. There were many ants in the bathroom. On one of the sheet sets, there was blood.

Beautiful

Maria was a great host. Warm and welcoming. The facilities was top notch. I could have got used to staying there

Euro plugs didnt fit? Needed some type of adapter which was scattered around the apartment

Relaxing and attention to detail. great stay!

5 min walk from the beach. Nice and clean. Lots of attention to detail. Lots of dishes and kitchen supplies. Rooftop patio. Maria checks in a lot to make sure you are comfortable.

Strong language barrier when speaking but it was not a big problem for us. Maria messages on what’s app and was very helpful

Maria was wonderful. We travelled to Italy with two small kids and she made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Very boutique

Very boutique apartment - all white and stylish. even my husband was impressed. close to the public beach (ca. 9 min walking), close to restaurants with authentic and delicious meals, many supermarkets around (the biggest Carefour ca. 15 min walking slowly), railway station (10-15 min walking) and buses (around the corner) also close. Additionally thanks to Maria who met as at the stop and was there for any need and also advised in many nice spots around.

the apartment is as advertised, spacious and well kitted out. the large balcony gets great sun and supports perfect evening eating. Maria our host was excellent, making us very welcome and making herself available as required. great find, perfect.

Superb

A welcome basket helped us sort out a quick breakfast before we left. Only needed to get milk. Location was good and area quiet. Access and support were first class. We will return at some point in the near future.

Last night in Rome In

Clean and beautiful flat! Beds were comfortable and Maria was super accommodating and helpful for us. The decor was lovely!

The coffee maker was broken and the Italian coffee press as an alternative was leaking. So we had no morning coffee. It was a good price but including the extra cleaning and city tax fees was NOT a good value in the end. The Toilet seat was broken too.

Our stay at the apartment was marvellous, I would recommend everyone to book the place as well.

Everything was amazing, the owner was very helpful and caring, the location was perfect and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed and more... The owner was checking we were okay and was ready to help us 24/7.
