About this villa rental

This amazing spacious villa offers 8 bedrooms (the design of the house is for families with maximum 10 adults and 5 kids) - 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom. The special feature is the 2 towers with 2 bedrooms for the children and parents alike in 2 storeys, separated by a wooden floor giving the rooms a very nice and natural ambience. The wooden floor is not sound insulated, so movements in the upper bedrooms can be heard below. Bed linen and towels are included, we also provide some toys and games for the kids.
The 3 en-suite rooms have aircon (Master bedroom and the two bottom tower rooms).
4 bathrooms -1 en-suite with bath, 2 en-suites with showers, shower room plus a separate toilet.

There is a very large living area leading onto a spacious terrace which overlooks a beautiful garden with a large pool and a trampoline. The living area leads onto a large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dinning area adjacent, there are 3 fridges to take care of your needs for cool drinks.

The house is fully refurbished and has outside tables and seating on 3 levels. Mosquito nets protect the bedrooms. Parasols guarantee a carefree sunbathing with the sun shining late into the evening, there is a selection of books for those who want to completely escape.

A ventilation system regulates the air and electric fans are provided for each bedroom.

Within the vicinity you will find a small supermarket and a bakery, (5 minutes walk away), 2 bars – Azahars, which has an excellent outside bar and lovely restaurants serving delicious food and tapas. The Lounge bar which opens at 4 every day and there are also two other nearby restaurants offering Italian and Indian Food.

About 4 kms away is the lovely sandy Arenal beach, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere with a large choice of bars restaurants and shops. There are pedalo's for the children and you can hire jets skis and rides out on motorboats if you wish

And if your going out, don't worry about keys. This is a smart home where a code allows you access the home.

This house was great for our large group of three families. The teens had loads of fun in the pool and it’s a short drive into Xavia. The rooms with out AC were very warm but it was August! Niko was extremely helpful, recommending local places and even drove us into town when we had a problem with our car. There is a great Paella cooker and BBQ on the terrace which was a great place for 14 of us to sit around and have meals. There are lots of outside places to chill

Lovely property, in a very quiet area. Quirky house- with many rooms downstairs on the garage level- but most had their own patio area and bathrooms which gave space for everyone. Niko was a very attentive host, always there when we needed anything.

Lovely place for big families or large groups, with a very kind and helpful owner. 10 min drive from Javea and beautiful surroundings. Bedrooms without airco are really warm during the summer, despite the fans.

A fantastic stay. Outdoor areas in particular are amazing. Wonderful pool, loads of outdoor seating areas and beautiful gardens. Best bit is the huge balcony, with table for 14 and huge gas BBQ. Great house and would highly recommend for a large family get together
