About this cottage rental
Croeso is a detached property resting within the village of Cemaes Bay. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two double bedrooms and a single bedroom (can be made into a double on request), sleeping up to five people. There is a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped kitchen, and a sitting/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with a patio area, a lawn area with a summer house and a decked area with hot tub. Croeso is a delightful base for exploring with your loved ones. Please Note: Although this property can allow short breaks in the off-peak season, changeovers are restricted to Mondays and Fridays, so bookings would need to be within the days of Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, selection of books, games and DVDs, Smart TV, Wifi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot and High chair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Utility and storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and available bike storage space. Patio and lawn area with summer house and decked area with hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.7 miles. Please Note: Although this property can allow short breaks in the off-peak season, changeovers are restricted to Mondays and Fridays, so bookings would need to be within the days of Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday. Please note: Towels be supplied at the property for personal use, however it is advisable to bring your own towels for use of the hot tub
