Un super rapport qualité prix

Très bonne situation géographique : en limite du quadrilatère, proche de la station de métro XVIII dicembre et du parking au tarif très intéressant de Corso Bolzano. Réception au 2e étage d'un immeuble bourgeois, les chambres sont dans les étages. Chambre très silencieuse et literie au top. Pas de petit déjeuner mais à Turin il y a des cafés à tous les coins de rue si besoin.

Classement bizarre en 1 étoile de cet hôtel qui ne correspond ps à la qualité de l'établissement

Umiestnenie hotela bolo výborné. Ubytovanie skvelé, mali sme jednu časť na spanie, druhú ako obývačku, 2 televízory, všetko priestranné. Boli sme prekvapení veľkosťou. Kúpeľňa pekná, veľká.

Chýbala chladnička, ale to som ani pri 1* nečakala. Keďže je hotel na rušnej ulici, bolo počuť električky.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel rend accessible à pied ou en bus plein de sites touristiques Personnel très serviable et agréable Salle du petit déjeuner très accueillante et très bon buffet possibilité de climatiser dès qu'il a fait chaud Prise en compte de notre demande de lits séparés

La cama era muy cómoda, el desayuno bastante completo y todo el personal muy agradable. En 20 minutos andando estabas en Porta Nuova.

Parfait pour une étape à Turin

Hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix - emplacement au top pour découvrir Turin à pied, parking juste à côté et sécurisé et le comble un super resto à deux minutes à pied typique et spécialité piemontaises ( il Risto) Petit plus : la terrasse côté salle de petit dej !

Nous avions une chambre côté avenue donc assez bruyante mais calme la nuit + salle du petit dej blindée donc plus beaucoup de choix vers 9h et malheureusement terrasse pas dispo au petit déjeuner.

MUY BIEN PARA CONOCER TURIN.

Su ubicación perfecta, en el centro de Turín, El hotel está en la segunda planta de un edificio antiguo pero renovado, y los desayunos en una terraza encima del pórtico de entrada a una calle, un lujo. La habitación también está muy bien. La chica que nos atendió cuando llegamos fue muy atenta, la amabilidad en persona, aunque no puedo decir lo mismo de un compañero suyo que estaba al lado, parecía su jefe. Hay un garaje privado de pago muy cerca, donde dejar las motos. Las personas del garaje son muy amables.

Al estar la recepción cerca de las habitaciones, se escucha a un volumen muy alto las conversaciones de dicha recepción. Tenerlo en cuenta. También creo que se debería dar un toque de atención a las personas que preparan los desayunos, no pueden hablar a voces a las 6 de la mañana mientras preparan dichos desayunos. Y para finalizar, creo que el sistema de apuntar en una hoja el día anterior lo que se quiere desayunar, hombre, se nos hizo raro. Y que solo se pueda beber una bebida caliente en dicho desayuno, (ejemplo, solo te puedes tomar un café), se nos hizo mas raro. Y que como norma, de esa hoja para el desayuno solo te dejen coger 2 unidades de los productos que marques para desayunar, (otro ejemplo, solo puede pedir 2 minilonchas de jamon york por persona)... no digo que pongan barra libre, pero creo que queda un poco escaso el tema.

Belle surprise pour un hôtel 1 étoile

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville, transports en commun et restaurants à deux pas. Propreté de la chambre et des parties communes irréprochable, l’accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Pour un hôtel une étoile ça été une belle surprise , je recommande et reviendrai sans hésiter.

Hotel is located near the railway station - might be a plus for further travelling, and a minus due to homeless people around (not such many as in Roma, but still). The room was big with huge bathroom and everything needed. It was warm and you were able to change temperature in a way you need. Not such noisy as accepted considering the location.

This is a nicely appointed hotel which is cosy and clean and in my case had an interesting apartment

We were very happy with our choice.

Breakfast - a reasonable continental but excellent value at €4 per person. Location - a bit of a walk to the main sites but quick by bus or tram. It is a couple of hundred metres from the Porta Susa train station which is how we arrived and left. The staff were all helpful. Our entrance lobby was larger than most rooms we have stayed in. Overall this was the largest bedroom plus shower room we've ever had. Clearly in converting the original 19th century apartment building into hotel rooms they had chosen not to divide the original rooms. Arriving late at night I was delighted when the patron of the local Caffe opened a bottle of Barolo so that I could have a single glass as a nightcap.

Lack of room safe. This made sorting out what needed to be taken or left each day a bit of a faff. The very convenient (and noisy) trams mentioned before seemed to start running on weekdays at 6 a.m. So, no need for an alarm clock. Rather than having an old room key attached to a block of wood or a modern electronic key card management had chosen to install a steam punk system that required having to get staff more than once to redemonstrate. Other guests appeared to be having this problem.

Excellent value for money

Fail to understand why this hotel has a one star grading. I have stayed in other 3 and 4 star hotels in Italy and this hotel has nothing to envy those hotels. Staff are helpful and the hotel is situated some fifteen minutes away from the Royal Palace. Their are two private car parks close to the hotel.
