Alles soweit sehr gut. Lage sehr Ruhig, war auch alles da, was man gebraucht hat.

Im Badzimmer, aus der Dusche lief das ganze Wasser raus, so war dann das ganze Bad nass. Kontakt nur über Email. Unter der Rufnummer hat sich keiner gemeldet und auch niemand zurückgerufen, Wenn es also was wichtiges ist dann ist man aufgeschmissen. Anfrage über Email ob man den Check-out um eine Stunde verlängert kann, kostet genau so viel wie das Hotel für eine Nacht nochmal zu mieten, also total absurd. Check-out bereits schon um 10.30 Uhr, sehr schlechte Zeit und total hektisch und stressig.

Wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt im Gleuel Inn in Hürth

Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, besonders toll sind die Boxspringbetten. Auch die enthaltene Küche ist von Vorteil, so kann man sich Speisen schnell zubereiten.

Verbesserungswürdig ist die Bestückung der Besteckutensilien in den Zimmern, dass ist aber nicht unbedingt unter "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?" zu sehen.

Nicht unbedingt nochmal

Es war sehr sauber. Die Rollläden sind vollautomatisch.

Achtung: Anders, als in der Überschrift angegeben, handelt es sich nicht immer um ein Zimmer mit "voll ausgestatteter Küche". Unser Zimmer wies lediglich eine Mikrowelle auf, die zudem auch noch kaputt und daher nicht funktionsfähig war. Die Gerichte, die wir für den Ofen/für die Mikrowelle gekauft hatten, konnten wir dann ärgerlicher Weise direkt entsorgen. Nachdem wir dem Hotel geschrieben hatten, kam am nächsten Tag zwar direkt jemand, um sich den Mangel anzuschauen, aber hilfsbereit war dieser jemand auch nicht. Ein abfälliges "ja soll ich euch jetzt Geld für euer Essen geben, oder was?" als Antwort hat gereicht. Kein Entgegenkommen oder anderweitiges Hilfsangebot, sehr schade. Das Inventar war zum Teil schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Stühle draußen sind Sperrmüllreif und hängen komplett durch.

Nice clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet small industrial area with a balcony facing a garden. A twenty minute drive to Colongn. Do take a ventilator during the summer months.

It was exactly as described, and check in and parking were easy. While it's a bit unnerving to have no staff on site, everything worked out. Very nice simple studio with everything we needed.

There is nothing nearby as it's in the middle of an industrial park. The walls are a tad thin and so movement and talk in the corridor is heard clearly.

The perfect stay when visiting Cologne!

All was good. Cleaning very accurate, among the 10 most clean hotel I have ever visited. Excellent parking, availability of the administrator, good furnitures, very good bed and a very well equiped kitchen. Last but not least a 5% discount by paying cash.

Definitely coming back!

Amazing place with a fully equipped and very comfortable apartment. The bus stop was not even 5mins away which made it very easy to go into town. We had some issues with payment but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in Cologne!

Having a microwave would have been nice. And the floors could have been a little cleaner too, the bottom of our feet were always dirty when walking around barefoot.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Good for 4 people. Underground parking just 7 eur per night, thus there are plenty free parking spaces at the street nearby. I can recommend this hotel if you travel by car. 15 min drive to the Cologne city center.

I wish to have microwave oven in the apartment.

Amazing appartments close to Phantasialand and Köln

This appartments are so great! Everything was new, clean, very well equipped, and those beds!!! Like sleeping on clouds, super comfortable. We chose this place because we were going to Phantasialand and Köln and it's very easy to reach both. Very recommended.
