Hotel di charme

La struttura già esternamente è davvero molto bella, le pietre la fanno da padrone… La camera, una superior, è curata nei particolari, arredata con gusto, spaziosa e silenziosa. Un grazie particolare a Silvia che è stata disponibile e attenta ad ogni nostra richiesta. Spero di tornare presto.

Great stay in Villasimius

Modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. The building it is situated on the main street in Villasimius, so everything was very easy to reach. We highly recommend it!

During the night it was pretty clear the noise from the other guests coming back into the property.

Location is on the main street, that is convenient. The room is nice and clean though small. You can order transfer from the airport for better price than take the taxi directly in the airport. Cleaning is every day. They give you 2 cards for a room if you are in two - not all of the hotels are doing it.

The room is dark and pretty small - the entrance to the bathroom is almost closed by bed. The air conditioning needs some time to start working.

the room was nice and comfortable. helpful staff and communication with the reception was smooth even when we needed some help. central position in town is a big plus.

i did not like being on the ground floor and with the window right in the street. the price was quite high for what we got. also, the soundproof room was not soundproof. we could have definitely liked not to hear the French guests upstairs having loud sex 🥲

Nice clean tiny room with a good location

The property is one of the nice looking houses on the Main Street. Friendly and helpful staff explained us where to park our car for free and gave us some ideas where to eat. The room has a modern design and is very clean.

Our room was a bit tiny and the fridge was not working properly. But overall we were quite happy with the accommodation.

Very Good!

Very nice hotel with modern and comfortable rooms. In reality the rooms are even nicer than on the pictures. Everything was very clean and it smelled good. The location is very central in the center of the village and the restaurants and bars are within a few steps. The staff/owner of the hotel were very friendly and always helpful. Check in and check out went very well. At the reception there are 2 e-scooters that you can rent.

The mattress was very soft.

Located in the downtown, but in a quiet area. It is old renovated building and has its own charm. They clean room and change towels everyday. Great toiletries and complementaries such as coffee/tea. Don’t worry about parking place, you could leave a car nearby at via Boccaccio street.

It was a good location and convenient.

Smaller then you think but it’s a sleeping place. Parking was not good. More information needs to be available for where to park. Across the street is short term parking but you will get a ticket if you leave it too long and especially over night as they close the street in the evenings and make it a walking market place. We also had loud neighbors but at midnight someone made them get quiet.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Cagliari. We really loved this place.

Despite being in the middle of the city, we slept like babies. Wonderful beds, all quiet. If you bump into your host on a cozy terrace in the evening, you know that his tips are real and valuable.
